3 months agoABSOLUTELY THE BEST AUTOMATIC CAR WASH IN NORTHWEST INDIANA. Besides getting a superb wash. The early bird special is ONLY $6 before 9a or after 6p AND that still includes the FREE vacuum, mat washer and shampoo. OMG!!!! Yet the best kept secret is the mini blower to get those crumbs out of those hard to reach areas. You will never go to another car wash.3 months agoI love coming here. You can buy the cheapest wash and still get a great wash. You get to vacuum for free when you are all done as well! You get the same wash for 5 bucks that you get across the street for $15. You seriously cant beat the price. I come here once a week on my day off and this week the gentlemen that’s usually operating the car wash entrance offered to take oil off my vehicles windshield if the car wash did not remove it. Need to note that it’s been on my windshield for two weeks and came from driving under the trains in Chicagos West Loop. Not only did he take the oil off but he used a wax so as not to harm the glass and cleaned it up afterwards. I’ve been a customer off and on for years. Detailing package worth every penny. Inside and outside like new. My car sits outside everyday…..10 years total….and it looked new…..like off the showroom floor. What a great gift for the person hard to buy for!! I could actually see out of my headlights…..
I paid $25 to have the interior of my car cleaned. They rushed the vacuum over parts of the interior and left a lot of dirt. The windows are all smeared inside and the dashboard is still dirty and smudged. I would go back and have them redo it except I’m not willing to wait in line again. The pictures show the result after they “cleaned“ it.
This was a birthday gift! I got the Gold package. Brian greeted me with an inviting welcome & was very clear on all that would be done in this detailed package. I had 2 birthday surprises of upgrades & just couldn’t believe my beautiful car, especially having the engine look like new also! Highly recommend this place! My paint feels like glass, just gorgeous!! Thanks guys for EVERYTHING!!
This place is awesome. Don’t even have to get out of your car. Oil change and you get a free wash. Also the vacuums there have the best suction I’ve ever used. 100% would recommend
I have been coming here lately bc of the customer service. When I got there, I was told some filters have never been changed since going there and needed to be replaced. The filters looked clean to me, but he said it was still bad bc of pollen and needed to be replaced. So, me not being the expert, gave him the go ahead. Well, when I got the receipt it shows that both filters were in fact replaced at my last visit. Also, my hood wasn’t closed properly and I went through the car wash that way. I don’t like not trusting places. Unsure if they get commission for selling unnecessary parts to customers, but I think I need a break from here. I don’t like being lied to.
