Last week I spoke with the so call manager Nia and she doesn’t need that job because she lied to me and told me she would honor my pas and she didn’t. Everyone that goes there please make sure you check you’re car throughly before leaving because they do a half job for all the money you pay to have it cleared very disappointed in this company

3 months agoMy rating is in no way any reflection on the hard working employees of this business.On June 20th I arrived at this location, sun brightly shining and the establishment closed. This was my 4th trip to this location. I purchased an unlimited wash package ($29.99 monthly billing) and my car was washed. I made a second visit 2 days later after the rain and it was rewashed. My last two visits the business was closed for maintenance. When I expressed my displeasure the Office Manager became irate. I asked for my wash package to be cancelled and the contact information to his supervisor. I was told I was going to have my wash access canceled and I would not receive any written confirmation NOR would he provide his supervisors contact information. I was asked to leave and made it to my vehicle when the Office Manager came out, waving a sheet of paper in one hand, his other hand balled into a fist, screaming at me incoherently while rapidly walking toward me and my vehicle in a threatening and menacing manner.
Good thing my vehicle is equipped with 360 degree HD video and audio recording devices 😊. As soon as the City of Hinesville provides me with Ownership Names and contact information I will be providing a copy of the recording to them seeking resolution.
My advice to anyone considering utilizing this particular establishment is to avoid it. The person I dealt with has serious anger management issues coupled with a deficit of customer service skills…and is a physical danger to anyone he comes into contact with.

For starters, before selecting which wash I desired to have, workers came out to assist with each customer and even started on their tires. As for any selection you choose, you’re able to use their vacuum cleaners free of charge. Then you can add any add on, to your car wash experience if you forgot to bring something with you. Overall, this location has become my primary stop to come to in town.7 months agoVery friendly guy and very helpful. I got my car washed and all cleaned up for a good price. Not overly impressed. Went with the $20 option and the front of the car was still a mess. I don’t mind water spots and whatnot, but it looked like the front of my car was hardly touched. The body looked pretty good, but I’m not planning to be back. Perhaps if you have a truck or SUV you won’t have a problem. For reference, this is a Hyundai Sonata. For $20, I’ll invest in a bucket and sponge and start doing it myself. Ah well.
I took a trip to tidal wave and purchased the 30$ wash, it’s totally worth it! Makes my car look great. The tire shine is the cherry on top for the whole wash in my opinion. Every time I get my car washed it makes my buddies jealous. I will be back for more.
We came the other evening to wash our vehicle and we were having trouble with the card reader. Normally there’s someone standing there helping the customers with the cards but there was no one that evening. We sat there for a good 5 minutes trying to figure out what the problem was before I got out of my vehicle and motioned for someone to come over. The kid with the brush ignored me motioning for him and proceeded to turn his back. Once again I called out and the kid pretended to not hear me even after looking at me. Finally after a couple of minutes it accepted our payment. I can tell you with absolute certainty that there was nothing wrong with my card. I also noticed that the people beside us we’re sitting there for a very long time at the card reader so obviously they were having problems too. I don’t care if you’re just the brush guy if a customer needs help you get them help and if you can’t help them then you need to get someone that can. We have used the carwash several times before and have never had an issue. You definitely need to talk to all of your employees about customer service.
Club members should not have to wait in the club members line behind someone paying upon entrance. It doesn’t provide any advantage for a member if the non member entrance is moving faster. I’ve been a member since this location opened but it’s becoming an inconvenience to get my car washed on any given day. Unacceptable

The lines have gotten better. Haven’t had an issue with them the last few months. Would give a 4 star but don’t understand why you have to request them to spray the front of your car with the pressure washer during heavy bug season.
This is such a great business – with great staff! Put up a tip jar for them right by the entrance! Even the smallest amounts would accumulate with the amount of traffic that this place gets.
