a month agoDecent carwash for sure they just need new brushes. I washed my pickup there and got done to find out it scratched every inch of paint that I touched with the brush. I did rinse the brush beforehand also and it still scratched it.4 years agoJust quick and easy but the auto car wash quality isn’t the best. I have actually updated my rating from 4 stars to a 2 star after giving a few other tries as recommended by Splash Car Wash. And here are some pictures of my car after a wash. Thanksa month agoThe middle high stall sprayer doesn’t have all the options available and sprays soap in the rinse. Wasted money, had to use another stalla year agoLike the free vacuums. Pressure washer and brush worked fine (although I didn’t use the foam brush too much, paranoid about scratching my paint). Just wish there was a sign telling you cards are charged significantly more than if you just used quarters. Will have to remember that for next time.*Update* once the charge went through the charge was the same $2 amount. And I tried the automated touchless garage. Not bad! Will definitely be using from on.
a year agoI went here to manually wash my car only to find that no soap came out of the brush when I chose that feature. So I opted for the laser wash which did decent. However when purchasing items out of the vending machine nothing came out. I wasted so much money here when I should have just went to Quality Car Wash. I would’ve actually saved money there. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

2 months agoUPDATEDWas contacted by the owner/representative of the car wash and was told what was the issue from last night visit, they gave me the run down of what was the cause of it all.
Although I didn’t get refund, I was compensated for last night’s visit. Along with an extra wash for my troubles, which is totally fine with me.

a year agoThis review is solely for the dog wash. I haven’t used the car wash. The dog wash is nice and neat. It is pay by the minute, but I prefer that over unlimited time. People are straight to business and in and out. I’ve waited for other dog washes in holland for over an hour, because time is unlimited and they were taking selfies, blow drying for 30+ mins, etc. There are towels that are provided and they are neat and clean.a year agoI go there often to wash my car but every time I use my debit card it pulls out $20.00 automatically?? This is so annoying and I don’t understand why it has to do that? Itll usually go back within a few days but that was my $20 bucks I was gonna use for gas but now I have to wait!4 years agoI love the dog wash, it is always clean. However, the past two times I’ve been there, instead of charging us the five dollars that the machine marks we were charged, we’ve been charged $20 instead both times. We did not go over the time limit either time, the machine just marked that our time was up after the 5 minutes and we didn’t think anything of it until we checked our bank statement. The reason why I love the dog wash is that it is cheap, but it is proving otherwise. I would love a refund!3 years agoThe owner of this car was is a stand up individual. I went in for a wash and the booth malfunctioned mid way through the wash. The owner met me very quickly and rectified the situation very promptly. He was generous enough to refund the cost of the wash and activated a wash cycle on one of the other booths. Highly recommended. Plus there is a lot less of a crowd here as opposed to Quality, and better prices as well.

I took my boyfriends 2007 Jeep threw their carwash on Friday night, went to my appointment went to run the rear wiper and nothing, got out to check and the whole arm is gone along with a dent and the car is still dirty. Stopped by this car wash and they found the arm in the wash, completely destroyed. Made a claim, heard back from them today and they have decided that the car is to old to replace the arm or fix the dent done by their car wash. Be very careful of this car wash because they don’t fix the damage done to your car. I have taken this car threw other car washes and was never a problem.
be very wary of damage to your car, lots of complaints currently on Facebook of other people who’s cars have been damaged. Bumpers and wipers ripped off and cars scratched up. Refuses to fix.
For what it’s worth, this might be my favorite gas station. It’s clean, lots of snack and drink options inside as well as a connected Tim Horton’s. It also seems to have some of the cheapest gas in Michigan!
They have gas and keep my car shiny. Corner is slightly awkward location, and I liked the old pump interface better, but they still get 5 stars. I had a wiper torn off in the car wash once, and they took care of me.
I stopped in for fuel & a drink & wanted to wash my truck bed. They don’t allow you to go through the wash with gate down or dirt in bed. But cashier saw what I was working on, provided me a broom & a dustpan & was incredibly helpful & professional. In a month or so, we will be getting at least one, possibly 2 monthly was passes!
