Overall, one of the best car washes I’ve been to in the DMV. I got the highest wash, which was $40, and I think called Super.

Before, my car was filled with crumbs and stains and smudges.

They vacuumed my cat really well and applied cream to all the nooks and crannies. They weren’t able to remove the sunscreen all over my car, but no one else has been able to either.

There’s some crumbs left places but they’re only noticeable because I’m looking.

    Very happy with this place.

For a good job, You’re actually better off vaccumming and cleaning the interior yourself. This car wash is such a rush job, they just get cars in and out – as fast as possible. It’s good for a quick tidy up of your car – esp. for fall leaves and summer pollen/bugs

The vaccum cleaning is just okay. The exterior car wash is nice. The dry off is rushed. Theres always a window or the mirrors dont get cleaned down. the cupholders are NEVER vaccummed or cleaned. There’s a gas station almost next door, spend $2 to vaccum it yourself and be prepared to go home and finish wiping down the interior to clean it yourself

I highly recommend, this is the best in customer service, quick and high quality service in Mount Rainier, MD. My car wash was done in less than 15 minutes and it looked amazing!! Will surely be coming back. I highly recommend.

I choose “Ultimate”, paid $30, because I needed a real car wash. I have had similar packages in other places and I always felt good after leaving those places but here I left disappointed because of the pictures attached, all of the pictures I took after the car wash, they are not detail oriented, even for the most expensive package they offer.

I wish I could give them a zero ratings. Car went in cleaner than after their deluxe service. What interest me most is how they tell you “DONE”. Thrash don’t go there.

Two stars because the guy at the checkout was nice. Car still dirty. I’m driving cross town to get it cleaned properly now. 🙁 still crumbs. They charged to clean the trunk and it was never opened vacuumed or cleaned. I got the $35 one and tipped 20%. Def not worth it since I will have to get it done again. I even asked to go back over it myself so they did do more vacuum than initially when I was told they were finished. Note the dirty windshield driving wheel and foot rest. I didn’t feel like photographing the trunk. Gotta go clean the car. Such a. Bummer. We could have had something.

I paid $16 for the regular car wash. It is a deal, interior was cleaned as well and I was not expecting that. In total, I was there for less than 10 minutes and the workers were so quick and efficient. There were couple spots, very minor, that needed a little rub down, but I didn’t mind cleaning it on my own. I definitely will be coming back to visit. As I was waiting, I appreciate it if they had heat lamps. Make sure you leave a tip.

It’s fast, friendly, and good. It’s not a full detail, so don’t go in expecting that. But for less than $25, you get the outside really clean (both handwashed and through a machine), and the inside vacuumed (they even folded the seats on my minivan to get the areas under them). Again, if you want a full detail, look elsewhere. If you want a good, inexpensive cleaning, look no further.

I have been washing my car here for years. Employees are nice. Those ladies are keeping the place clean. The laundromat is big and there’s enough room to use if you would like to fold clothes.

Came here for the first time (really just wanted a quick wash and vacuum) and was amazed with the quality service. They are super quick and my car looks stunning. Will definitely recommend and will for sure be back!

  1. This car wash is open 24*7. It’s all automated and the place is well lit. We did the automatic car wash. It cleaned our car but it was a bit expensive. One negative was the water smelled bad. I would definitely suggest cleaning it by yourself, it wouldn’t cost that much. There are a good number of cars when we went around 8pm. Over all a great place to clean your car if you are around College Park.

  2. The touchless car wash is a joke and an absolute waste of money. I still have the hand prints from before despite paying $12 for a wash! The car doesn’t look any cleaner at all. Look at the photos and decide for yourself

Update: I was refunded the money for the touchless car wash. I used one of the self-serve bays and I was very satisfied. I’m always using the self-serve bay from now. Also, appreciate the quality response from the owners in making this right.

  3. I have visited previously for the automatic car wash and it was just ok, so this time I went for the self serve. The cost for a basic wash was around $10. I was a bit lost and the friendly attendant Raphael (oh gosh I hope I got your name right) was there to help me out. I really appreciated the help. I will be back because the self serve really had my car looking amazing! Thanks =)

Tips for a successful visit – bring a card or cash, a friend, and some patience (lines can be long).

Probably one of the best car washes I’ve been to. (not that I go around rating car washes) But this one left an impression on me. It was well kept and organized and BUSY. There was a worker there today, not sure of his name or title, walking around interacting, guiding, and helping when needed. They have a good selection of vending machines and vacuums as well. I think I found my regular car wash!

I like this car wash which is why I’m giving 2 stars. However, I had a sour experience from one of the employees. I work in customer service. I know it can be a pain. But this year I told myself I’m tired of taking disrespectful behavior from other people who are miserable and on a power trip. Do better.

I was parked near one of the vacuum pumps after cleaning my car. My next appointment was in 15 minutes so I told myself I would wait there for 10 min because there were no other cars waiting to use the vacuum . I wouldn’t have minded if the man politely told me to leave with a smile. But he walked up to me stone-faced and pretty much gave me the strong hint that he wanted me to leave/move. When I started moving I tried to wave him by because he started walking away and I almost ran him over. But he still kept staring stone faced like I killed his dog, lol. I’m literally a paying customer. When I’m at a restaurant and I finished my food, most restaurants let you chill as long as it’s not busy. Some even let you chill for hours if it’s not busy! I will come back (maybe) but only at night when there is no rude employees.

I’ve never left a bad review but here I am. SMH.
