6 months agoCleaned well with just the basic. The heated dryer did better than most, but did leave some spots behind. $10, $15 and $20 option. I think for $10, the basic should include undercarriage also.They don’t have automatic kiosks so you will need to deal with a person trying to upsell you a monthly plan.
I’m also concerned they’re not actually spraying off the cars at the entrance. All that dirt and grime is going right onto the mitter and dragging across the next car. I saw the spray guns, they’re just not using them for some reason.
4 months agoMy favorite car wash service! The staff is ALWAYS So friendly and quick to help. The car wash itself is one of the best I have been too. The dryer is the best and really it’s it mostly dry with minimal spots. I love how clean and quick the process is. And the vacuums work incredibly well including the small duster. I appreciate the mat cleaning station and large trash cans. I would never go back to Mister Car or Paradise! Highly satisfied2 months agoWe have the unlimited plan and it’s so worth it! The staff is friendly and professional. The place is super clean, colorful and welcoming. Probably the best wash we’ve had and since our vehicles, like everyone is our life line being able to get a wash in a matter of minutes keeps our vehicles clean and well maintained. This staff is absolutely amazing they are always waving and smiling even on your worst day. This is the most amazing Car Wash I have ever been to. The service is amazing I don’t even have a nice car but I paid the membership monthly because it is a place that my children enjoy going. Plus I get an amazing wash and each time they draw cool pictures of animals on my children’s windows and we have a blast they also have a scented Car Wash if you leave your vent on in the car it’s like a free air freshener!!

4 years agoNo frills laundromat, no big screen TVs, older vending machines, and just the basic laundromat seats. Wednesday is $1.50 to wash in the front loaders. Dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes (the regular small dryers) and they run HOT so your clothes will be dry quickly. I’m telling you that this place isn’t like the newer laundromats it has the basics, and in my opinion good prices. The bad- would be parking for the laundry side. You don’t have much to work with if you’re driving something larger than a midsize car. WiFi did not work when I was here. When I would try to connect it would pull up a page saying “This Hotspot is no longer active. If you’re the owner of this hotspot please contact our help desk.” So that was a bummer.a year agoVacuum’s work well. Washing your car is easy! Cash or card accepted is nice. Cost is good. Area is kept clean. Always muddy floors , ice cold water , soap brush might not give you soap. Might not get any soap out of pressure washer , but you might get it after a minute of waiting.2 years agoSERIOUSLY MOST AWESOME CAR WASH!!!! Not just because I did it myself either. I work all over the Cities and drive a white van. No bueno in the winter time. I also have ladders on top, so I can’t go thru any automatic washes anywhere. This place was just a lil too small to get both my 1 ton AND trailer, so I just pulled in and dropped my trailer at the door. I put in 6 tokens (4 of which were free because I changed a $20 in the bill changer and that’s the bonus they give you) did the whole salt remover, high pressure wash, high pressure wax…. Then I still had 2:30 left, so I pulled my van out one door and drug my trailer in the thru the other door. I put in 2 more tokens and washed my flatbed trailer off. But I still had time left. Guess I didn’t need the other 2 tokens after all, so I waxed it too! I’ve got 2 torn rotator cuff’s, carpal tunnel in my right hand, and some kinda -ittis in my right forearm. I’m no more sore now, than I was before. The wand is shorter than most washes I go to, but I think that’s why I’m not any more sore than usual. YUP!! Hit this place up and lemme know what you think?? Got the “premium interior and exterior ” looks like the barley wiped it with a dirty rag. Wow. Completely disappointed. Never be back.
I have the monthly membership for the top wash. I have to say they seem to be lacking lately. The cleaner seems to be different, they dont do the manual brush cleaning in the front or back and sometimes my car still looks dirty. It might be time to head down the road.
Free vacuuming is now being monitored and their policy is being enforced. They are taking photos of license plates without notification or permission. A manager today told me that the facility is under new management and many previous employees were fired for allowing community members to utilize the free vacuuming without purchase of a car wash.
Didn’t have any issues as others suggested. I’m an unlimited member and I went early (8am) but it was average busy & I spent about 40 minutes vacuuming my toddler & 2 large dogs trashed car. Had to get rid of an embarrassing amount of trash, too. No one said anything to me about it being a problem. Staff was super helpful and spent some extra time getting bugs off my car from a recent road trip. Honestly this is the best mister car wash I’ve been to. There is a self service car wash across the street that is (generally) overflowing with trash & I’ve seen items left there. It’s also pretty standard for a business to offer free vacuums WITH a wash. Not sure if this is the case for this franchise, just surprised by the number of people on here that were upset by that policy.
Every time I use this service I’m greeted with multiple friendly staff members, smiling and waving. Literally every time. No fault of their own but I accidentally left one of my mats behind. I have been trying to call to see if it’s still on site, however nobody has answered any of the numerous calls I’ve made over the course of about two hours. Surely they’re too busy providing great in person experiences to others. Hopefully my mat is still there when I can make it back down in person.
