4 months agoThe WORST car wash I’ve ever used. Moreover, an old white guy is very unfriendly with a extremely bad attitude! The white guy is somehow racial discrimination though I didn’t have a recording. The carwash is not good at all. They don’t wash your wheels even if you pay a membership that include a cleaning wheels.a month agoRude older employee. 12/14/22 at about 9:05 AM. I stopped at the stop-sign just before entering the carwash. A younger employee directs me to move forward and begins spraying the car as usual. At the same time, the older employee loses his mind on me. He was yelling at my car and pointing at the stop-sign as if I ignored it. The younger employee appeared to tell him that he was incorrect and then this crazy man just walks away into the facility rather than apologizing. The carwash itself is decent but I’m cancelling my unlimited subscription due to this. Insanity.Update: Subscription was cancelled.
4 months agoRacist. Cleaning my car should not be a procedure that acquires large amount of human interference. However, this place can always surprise me with negative amount of service. One suggestion, no service is better then your service. Lacking options in Ithaca does not bestow you the power to bully your customers.8 months agoThe employees were great, but my car wash wasn’t because the water pressure wasn’t high enough to clean the salt and dirt from the underside. After the wash I went around the corner, on a clean road, to the nearest parking lot and felt the underside in several places. My hand came out wet (so yes, underside rinse had been performed) but covered in salty dirt. My car was pretty clean to begin with, and having the underside rises was the only reason why I had spent the $18.3 months agoFull service prices for subpar work. I don’t remember the wash package my friend paid for but I will say his truck was dirty and in the blink of an eye..it was over. You could not find a bug/dirt.. a year agoDon’t go to Suzanne!! Thus place chipped paint off my car. I brought it to Suzanne s attention about my previous visit and I was responded with she’s been there 7 years and it couldn’t have happened there then she backed me out and refused me service that I had already purchased forcing me to fo the location up by the mall. I wasn’t upset about the scratch. It was the machine not them but i wanted to bring to their attention. I didn’t think Suzanne would treat me like that then laugh with her employees about it when I almost hit wall backing out. She was completely unprofessional, dismissive and rude. If you value your car don’t go to this location.

Paid $11 for a touchless basic wash. I think it was about the same price at Squeaky Clean but Squeaky Clean had someone outside pre-washing the major dirt off of each car before the car wash.
As you can see from the photos, there was still a lot of road debris on my front bumper after the wash and my wheels seem just as dirty as before.
I know it’s touchless and can’t clean as well as a touch wash but I was pretty disappointed given the steep prices
Currently, it is $3.75 for 4 minutes. Great pressure for the bay I was in. I’m pretty happy for a first-timer. Very clean establishment. I did not use the automatic car wash. Just pulled in and sprayed my car off.
Disappointing.
I paid $14 for a wash and there’s still mud all over my car. I could’ve done a better job with a squirt gun.
I love this place 😍 I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. I wish they accepted credit cards in the wash area or for the extra accessories area. They have removed garbage cans so you cannot leave your garbage there. I was impressed at how well this place has been maintained over the years. Looks great and all equipment works great! 👍😁
No garbage anywhere? At a car wash? Seriously? Lol. What a joke. People have trash in their cars they need to throw away. Don’t like it? Don’t run a car wash. I wish I could collect money from my customers without actually providing any service of value, must be nice. Now people are throwing their trash all over the street. A total embarrassment to the community. Don’t waste your time here. Go to literally any other car wash.
