a week agoI am signed up on the monthly wash which is great and I can go as many times as needed. The issue I have is that It seems I get a different level of service each time I get a wash, some of the employees take their time and make sure to really pay attention to the back and front of the car, most do not. Towels are definitely an issue, 4 out of 5 times I go, there are no clean towels in the bins. Convenient but could be bettera month agoI’m only leaving a review hoping that management will realize this place needs help. It’s close to our house so it’s convenient but this place needs a lot of work. For one, the card reader in the drive up wash selector doesn’t work half of the time… almost too much of a hassle to even try and purchase a wash. (Please get a new one- the employee said it’s broken and works sometimes.) Second, the wash doesn’t clean the vehicles well… back of vehicle still has dirt as well as the front of vehicle after wash. Lastly, I’m almost certain the vacuums haven’t been serviced in a long time… the suction on most that I’ve tried is horrible. The only positive things I can say is that the staff seem pretty helpful and friendly and there is never a line. Matter a fact, I am usually alone when I go and it’s nice to not have to wait but I bet it would be busier if the service was improved. I’d even consider monthly membership if I had more confidence in this place. Lots of room for improvement here- Kuna is expanding but there are wayyy better washes in the Valley that this place currently does not compare to.a year agoCame here for the first time since this is kuna’s first nice car wash not too impressed on how much dirt and dust was left. The vacuum suction was pretty weak compared to other big car wash places. Hard to reach spots on your car? No worries, rest assured you car will most like be in the same condition as it was when you entered the wash. $15 gets you a show that makes it seem like you got a good wash, but don’t worry, now you’ll have extra water spots to let you know that KJs threw water on your car. Call now! *operators not standing by cuz they’re barely open.*Save your money, DO NOT GO HERE. 2/2 CARS I’ve taken here were a waste. Lesson learned.

a month agoFast EPIC car wash, EPIC customer service , EPIC Cleanliness! The car mat machine wash is a good machine to use with your floor mats as well. Strong vacuums, plenty of clean dry microfiber towels as well. Come get your car washed here and STAY EPIC !a week agoI did the Epic Shine Car Wash because you can come back in 4 days and get another wash for free! They give you a wipe for your interior- maybe 2. 😉 The vacuums have strong suction here. My car looked great afterwards.a month agoI can’t say enough how much I DO NOT recommend Epic, not this location but any location. I have a lifted truck (4″ lift) with tires that are 12.5 inches wide. It’s a big truck. I purchased a membership to Epic 3-4 months ago. EVERY TIME I go to get my truck washed, they stop me and measure my tires. Every time. Their car wash track can’t handle tires wider than 12.5″- well my tires still meet that. I’ve been by this location to wash the truck at least 20-30 times. Today, they tell me that my tires are too wide and that they can’t let me through. Literally harassed, every time I visit this place. They made me cancel my membership, so I canceled my wife’s and my daughters too. I’ve NEVER had this problem with any other car wash service provider in the valley. Went up the road to Metro car wash and they let me through without any question.Zero empathy, zero customer service skills. Just a, don’t let the door hit ya on the way out.
If you can, choose ANY OTHER car wash company in the valley besides this one.
2 months agoOpened recently and It’s a nice car wash. Feel like it’s much more thorough then other places. The lighting is fun when going through the car wash lol. They have vacuums and car mat washers and towels you can you use to clean your car after going through the car wash I believe.Highly recommend if you are looking for a car wash.
2 months agoFirst visit, and it wasn’t to write a review. It’s hard to penalize for traffic, but access is a…challenge unless you’re going east on Overland approaching Meridian rd. Once you get there, it’s GOOD. There are plenty of automatic car washes around, so it’s all about “the rest,” right? Good vacuums, clean towels when you need them, and compressed air to blow out whatever you need to blow out. I’m pretty sure I saw someone using a floor mat cleaner, too. Maybe ACHD can fix the biggest flaw, but I won’t be holding my breath.

They always make my vehicles nice and clean!
We’ve been going here for years and they are constantly friendly and do a fantastic job inside and out. We pay for their unlimited membership on 2 of our vehicles but wish they had a family plan for 3 as we don’t drive them enough for 3 separate plans.
$40 to clean the inside and outside of my giant SUV and they did an awesome job! Holy cow this place is life changing. Kids loved the free suckers, soda and water guns. How cool to be able to spray the incoming cars. I won’t go to any other car wash.
This place is the worst. First of all, the price is a total rip off, and then they try to sell you into a monthly membership which is difficult to cancel, if you are going in for just one car wash. It’s only three dollars more but good luck ever getting out of it or getting your money back if you forget to cancel it once you realize that the car wash doesn’t even get your car clean. Then they do things like keep your mats by accident so you have to drive back across town to pick them up. That happened to us. Anyway, this is all just my personal opinion, but I would definitely steer clear of this place. There’s a place called Jay’s hand wash in Garden City that did a really good job and they also had vacuuming outside that they did instead of me having to vacuum. Honestly I think it was the same price or less for that full service there.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. We used the express lube and express interior today for the first time and both were worth every penny. I could not believe how shiny and new-looking they got my car. EVERYONE was super friendly, helpful and professional. The waiting room is stocked with free coffee, soda, water and popcorn. Plenty of seating to go around. There’s even sprayers for the kids to hit the cars going through the wash. You’ve earned my repeat business and then some. I’ll be telling all my friends and family about this place for sure.
Nice employees. And very helpful. I’d never used a car wash like this before (😬🤐…i know.🙆♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️… .)so they had to walk me thru the process and they were very kind and patient with my small town ignorance. Very much appreciated!
