3 weeks agoThis is a fairly basic car wash set up. They have one automatic drive-through and a couple of other bays where you get out and wash by hand. The vacuum stations charge you to use them. I prefer to wash my car by “hand” instead of the automatic, but unfortunately their change machine is broken. Probably from a local trying to score some drug money.6 months agoIt’s a nice self service car wash. Everything I used worked👍5 months agoSpent $10 today. The first stall next to coin machine, the brush will stop soaping like its cutoff just the sound of air coming out. Also its a dollar per minute now? I’ve been coming here for years and never had issues like this, I drive from 30 minutes away for your reliable car wash. Today that ended, I had to wipe my vehicle down with a dirty towel while my remaining 7 minutes ran down to get whatever was coming out of the brush off the vehicle. Normally, you’re always here, but I guess not today. Super sad 😔a year agoVery disappointing. It rinsed my car. I bought the $10 “wash” and still had bugs all over the front of my car and dust on the doors and window ledges. It’s better than before I washed it but barely.8 months agoOnce again, came to get a dog wash…took all my tokens. No way to get them back, no contact info and credit card machine not working again! Another failed visit. New owner insured they were taking care of it and would be around! Another disappointment!

I changed my 5 stars to 1 star. I loved the car wash itself but would warn you to be wary.
Overall, I do not recommend.
They tell you that cancelling is easy, but when it’s time to cancel it will be impossible to get a hold of them. I moved to a new area and I cannot reach them no matter how hard I try. I called and an associate answered, and the call “disconnected” as soon as I mentioned cancelling membership. I’ve called numerous times since and nothing. Their website does not work and they do not have an email address to reach out to them. Very shady. I am literally in another city and will have to drive a long way to try and resolve this in person. It’s such a shame as they are still charging me.
Really like the rain check, and the tunnel stays clean, which means your car or truck gets cleaner and less of chance of being scratched. (Less of a chance) it can still happen, people, and DO NOT expect your car to get clean if it freaking filthy as well. Take it to a hand wash or do it yourself . These automatic car washes are not capable of handling that level of filth. Which again will get the equipment dirtier faster, and all that grit and grime will be on other customers’ cars that follow.
This is not a car wash. It’s a truck and SUV wash because brushes aren’t calibrated for cars (and trust me they don’t give af). With paid NPCs at the entrance of the pay box and tunnel that are just playing with their phones the entire time I’m unsure what anyone “working” here actually does if you pay yourself and the car wash is automatic. Set up some robots and save money.
Been getting ripped off for a while now at the LP location. I have an F150 and the attendants press a button to keep the brushes from cleaning the tonneau cover, which is about a quarter of the whole vehicle’s surface. They claim this is for safety, but if that was the case, they wouldn’t guide me in so close to the vehicle in front of me that I almost rear end them when they press their brake to shift from ‘N’ to ‘D’. Also, the passenger dryer has been broken and/or missing parts for a year or more, only drying the top and driver’s side of the car. Website states it is high tech and state of the art but it is not currently in that condition. The car wash is a good wash, but I feel a discount is in order for only a 75% wash and 2/3 drying capability.
The best car wash of all, the best experience and the super friendly staff make you feel special, I recommend you visit this place, I love the membership I can wash my car daily that’s great
