Everyone I spoke to was very very polite and kind. As a matter of fact they let me go through the car wash thank you Mr clean ! I feel good in my clean automobile I will be back and will tell friends!!!a month agoAll around, poor job of cleaning my car. Crumbs and dust that was never touched inside the car and dirt left on the outside. Took my car home and spent 30 minutes cleaning what they missed.3 months agoThis is the Go 2 Spot if you’re looking for good service. While I can’t say my car is as clean as I’d like it to be especially for the price point. Admittedly there are times where there are some missed spots like door pockets /front console/ steering wheel area & gearshift but I’m understanding especially when there isn’t a spec of dust on the carpets or seat and it’s extremely busy which is quite often at this location. Also you can clearly see the teams of two are working hard to get it done as efficiently as possible. I’ve noticed there are a lot of young teens (probably just graduated ) they’re very polite and respectful gentlemen. It’s nice to see no one is BSing around and even if the managers are on them telling them To redo something no one has an attitude and they just do what needs to be done.2 months agoFor $45 (interior and exterior) I expected the cleaning to be thorough. Before I left I had to re-vacuum my front, second, and third row seats and the floors throughout the vehicle. Not sure if 3rd row is included, but if it was done, there was still stuff for me to vacuum up. I had to ask them to clean the inside of my lift gate window. As I was driving noticed the remaining windows weren’t as clean as they could have been. They didn’t move the booster seats (not attached or secured with seatbelts, just boosters) to vacuum under them. When I arrived home I realized they didn’t even get the bug splatter off the front bumper. Interior servÃce says it includes wipe down, my seats still had crumbs from my grands and my door panels weren’t wiped at all (don’t know if that’s included, but the service says wipe down). For what is being charged I expected much better service. I used to frequent this car wash when I lived in Lawrenceville. Just happened to be in town today. I will not be returning. Service was much better when the prices were lower! Very disappointed!4 months agoI was really pleased to find a full service car wash and the excellent service and quality cleaning. I got the platinum service at just $45 and every nook and cranny inside and out . Best car wash I’ve had in the last year and the best thing THEY VAC. AND WINDOWS ARE DONE IN&OUT, WHEELS &TIRES SHINE,and I just watch. This is going to be a weekly visit, it’s just to affordable. REALLY THE BEST WASH FOR THE MONEY IN GWINNETT!!!

9 months agoThere are better options for cheaper. Stopped by to get the car washed before meeting the client. Car needed a basic wash and rinse due to recent rain but the basic wash is $10! Got off the car for the meeting and didn’t look like it’s been washed 10 minutes ago. Seems like one of their washing brush is not working or it’s gone bald and the dryer blows at the wrong angle because the result is not good ..10 months agoI’ve got a monthly membership here and this is one of the few automatic car washes that will fit my truck. It always does a great job and the staff are courteous and kind. I don’t like the fact that they chain the windex bottles to the baskets. They have paper towel and window cleaner to use when vacuuming and cleaning out your car. First place I’ve seen with this little extra something. The service was really great. Two guys in the entrance waiving people band always smiling they were very nice and helpful and the vacuum spot has a Windex spray and air blow guns that place has a roof and it’s important due to the sun specially in summer, the palace let you get part towels to clean and dry your car. The place looks clean and has a great location at the corner of Sugarloaf Pkwy and Lawrenceville Highway is very visible when you’re driving from both streets.
This is my favorite local car wash. I have a membership which is reasonably priced. Many times I’ve went to different car washes and left with new scratches. I’ve never had that happen at this Ultra Car Wash location. Between the good price for unlimited washes, the fast service, the good vacuums and getting a good exterior wash without damages, I don’t see myself switching car washes any time soon.
Don’t use this car wash!! They will lure you into recurring membership with $10 promotion, and force you to sign into their membership. Even when you call to cancel on the same day they claimed you signed up for membership. If this is not fraudulent, I don’t what else is.
Canceling my membership next time I visit. I went today and vacuums were unavailable due to weather. Not sure what weather they were referring to though because not one drop of rain has fallen, and the forecast for today weather doesn’t predict any rainfall. Definitely a scam smh
