10 months agoPersonally I think I this is one of the gets car washes in KC. I’ve been to others like it: Charlie’s, Belfonte etc and this one is better! The “GRAND CAPPUCCINO” unlimited wash is great and at $44.55 vs the competition at $40 dollars I think the extra $5 is worth it due to the free vacuuming, towels they have available and the air hose to help dry your car in those tough cracks. I have yet to try the coffee but for the wash alone I definitely recommend it over any other in the area. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions I had about the wash. Highly recommend❣7 months agoGREAT CAR WASH. My car got so clean.!! Very friendly people prices are extremely reasonable, I paid $12 for the most basic wash and it also came with a free coffee. Not nasty coffee either, It was really good coffee. The only thing I think they’re missing is some microfiber wipes and interior cleaner like a lot of other car washes have. If they had these available at the vacuums, I would definitely get a membership but I like to clean the inside of my car as well. Will return in the future for a quick cheap drive-through wash, but I won’t be getting a membership.

2 months agoI’ve used this car wash once, the soap and brushes are nice, but it’s expensive. This car wash only takes tokens. you purchase tokens here and you can’t pay for tokens with quarters. The time limit per token is short Also. They have four bays, two automatic, and one super bay. They also have vacuums.a month ago$15 for soap spots on my black car4 months agoNeeds a little updating, but works great and good prices for both Wash and vacuums.No longer takes quarters, but can use credit or debit in wash bags and for vacuums.
5 months agoWorst vacuums in Liberty. Not worth the money. Go to the place on South 291 in South Liberty next to a storage place. WAY BETTER!a year agoFair price for a good wash. Spray is powerful. I spent $3 and hand dried my car afterwards. Minimum charge on credit card is $2 or you can use cash and buy tokens.

Absolutely awful….been going here for over a decade. Every time I go in for a wash and clean out I always have to remind them when getting out of the car to clean out door pockets and rear hatch. Even with the reminder I have to ask them to go back and complete when they have already pulled my car out of the bay. Not to mention we pay for the third row to get cleaned out and they don’t even touch it. Every time I call to talk to a manager about my frustration (I use Charlie Car Wash all over the city and this is the ONLY location I have issues with) the manager just puts me in the wash book and moves on. I’ve gotten more free washes and clean outs than I have paid for.
We pay $50 or more for a wash and clean out, there is always over an hour wait, the least this location could do is make sure it’s a job well done, maybe a retrain?

Charlie’s always does a fantastic job on the inside and out of my car. I can get a basic wash and a full vacuum/wipe down of the entire inside of my mini van for $38 flat. It’s a great price considering how well the clean the inside! Highly recommend. It’s usually fairly fast as well, I’ve never been there longer than an hour for the whole process.
Charlie’s can’t seem to figure out the value of service. Once again the increase in cost for less service. They no longer have the works you get the $20 dollar car wash the pay $25 for the interior services many other options else where for a better price. Safe to say Charlie’s is made the final
Blow to make us not use them any longer. New owners are greedy they don’t do as good a job any more for more $$$ no thank you choose wisely not worth the added cost. New places in liberty that are better soon to have another choice the better car wash.
Well I am back! Went to the newer car wash across 35 hwy in Liberty Mc B??? Canceled my account after I noticed charges for coffees I thought were free and NEVER getting referral credit. Read the fine print I was told.
I am glad to be back at Charlie’s Car Wash and I am enjoying the new vacuums.
Price monthly has increased so that’s why one star demoted. Would have only subtracted 1/2 of a star but not an option. I like that everyone is friendly. Not a huge turnover like across the highway at Mc B something or another. Lol
Love this place! I have a very small car that sometimes rides too low for these semi-automatic track car washes. Always works here without an issue.
