a week agoA bit pricey, but twice a year I take my car for a complete interior/ exterior clean, and my car looks like new best complete car cleaning around.a month agoGot the full detail. Dropped the car off Saturday to pick it up the next day. Came to pick my car up and its still filthy on the outside. Asked about it and was told “the detailer who worked on it isn’t even here-sorry” Interior looks good but $260 dollars later I should have got what I paid for. Update: they made it right, car looks brand new again. Thank you for making it right! I will be back!8 months agoThis is what you get after being a loyal customer to this place for nearly 10+ years. I went in for the routine wash and vac I always get. My window had no damage prior to entering this place. After they finish washing and vacuuming, I notice the window is damaged and cracked. I spoke to one worker who told me to speak to the lady who works at the front desk. She tells me to speak to the individual who vacuumed the car then proceeds to tell me yes my window was cracked already prior to arrival when she does nothing but sit at the front desk for payments. The man who vacuumed my car told me I already had a damaged window while smiling the entire time to which I told him I did not. So now I must take this to small claims because clearly these people think they can damage cars and get away with it.3 weeks agoWould definitely recommend, they did a great job detailing my car, made it look brand new. Friendly staff, great service and prices.a year agoI took my car on 5-15-2022 for a routine car wash. specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a Tesla. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. They scuffed two of my wheels as they were not careful with the car wash mechanism which guides tue car to the washing system. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and the owner said if I took him to court it was his word against mine. Stay away from this place as their service is not worth their prices.

4 months agoI’m only reviewing the vacuuming aspect of this location. The nozzle on the vacuum isn’t conducive to a thorough cleaning. It gets the majority of everything, but it doesn’t reach tight spaces. It’s a dollar, but I would’ve paid more for a better nozzle and a more powerful vacuum.There’s also no platform to lay down and vacuum your cat mats.
5 months agoA staff from Haffner’s, (Renee) came into my office and stated that a customer left a wallet at the gas station. She found my business card in the wallet and came down to my office, so I can reach out to the customer for her. I was able to reach out to the customer on her behalf. The pumps are nice, the area is clean and the car wash is one of the better ones in the area. Gas is usually very competitive and the staff is usually nice.5 months agoIt’s a great place for gas and car wash. Only down fall is car wash is never open on time. Like to go in the morning at 7:10 around that time. Never open. I thought it opened at 7. If not my apologies. Undate on that car wash, opens on time only thing I get the works package. You get to the hot wax it come down when the car is half way through that section. Only 1/2 the truck gets the hot wax8 months agoHaffners as a whole is a great company. Their car wash/gas prices are usually reasonable and their car wash effectiveness is definitely great but their drying system doesn’t work so well. I’ve been many times to both get gas and a wash and am always happy with the outcome. I highly recommend giving them a try but, be sure to bring some towels to wipe your car down with.

The only car wash I go to in Lowell. It’s kept clean, the waste cans are frequently emptied, the area around the vacuums is kept clean & the vacuums always work great. Prices for the automatic wash are reasonable, I always get the $9 basic wash & my car comes out clean with no missed spots. I’ve never used the self serve wash (because that’s just too much effort for me lol) so I can’t say how that is, but it’s always very busy so I assume people who enjoy putting all that work into washing their car like it.
I used self service vacuum and a washing Bay on the second hotest day this year today .I got there at 10am.The card reader on the vacc didn’t work until the third swipe. The owner did nothing but harass me kept
starring at me yelled at me for swiping 3 times until the vacc turned on. Came over to me and my vehicle hung up the vacuum when I wasn’t done using it and even yelled at me to exit the bay so that someone else could use it!!! Never HAVE I ever experienced something like this. I was not load. I did not bring a bunch of trash I did not abuse Time!!! And was told if I don’t like his attitude or his rules not to come back. I definitely will not be returning back here or my car which is nice🙂👍👌😎Guys a loser and just wants your money!

I brought my car here for the first time for a basic wash and the tunnel wash cleaned my car perfectly without a scratch. I was so ahppy with my expereince, I brought my wifes car foa a wash the next day. This is my new go to wash our cars place! I highly recommend it!
