5 months agoI’ve been going here since they opened, maybe 6 years ago? I have the platinum wash which is the fully loaded package, I’ve taken probably 10 different cars through this wash and they always come out spotless, they keep improving the automated wash which is nice, they maintain their equipment very well, and staff is always friendly. I have never had an issue with this wash where it damaged my vehicle, The free vacuums are very strong, and it’s fast and efficient! The only thing that could make this wash better is if it was touchless but I’m not sure they would be able to accommodate the amount of cars they do now with a touch less system. Overall though if you wash your car more than a few times a month, it pays off to get the premium monthly membership.2 months agoNice car wash! I got my car washed this morning in Westlake and then stopped in Parma later after a bird pooped all over my car, while driving home. I love that most of them have vacuums and compressed air. I hate when I leave a car wash and the water drips and leaves spots all over! Some of the locations could use better internal drying too…

Only reason I had to cancel my monthly membership was because I had to move and there are no other rainforest locations near me. Everyone is always helpful, polite. They even give my dog a treat if they see him in the car. Canceling my membership process was easy and they were kind and understanding.2 months agoAbsolutely love my Unlimited wash package for my daily driver Silverado, but I take care of my fathers Mustang as he has past, and I only drive it sparingly (like once a month) so I really wish I could add it to my unlimited but for more than just a couple bucks off. This was the first time I visited this specific location.The employees were great and the area was well staffed. The loader was friendly and the tunnel itself was so cool looking. I loved the theme and it was truly a great wash. The car came out really clean and the tunnel itself was super clean. Love this car wash was great. I highly recommend that everyone give it a try.
2 years agoThe haunted car wash was pretty cool. Idk about the $20 fee for a 3 minute trip through the car wash but still the characters were awesome and very interactive. Great for ppl with kids that want a scary experience and can’t do a haunted house or hayride

This is one of the better local car washes in the area. They’re are still ppl that work here drying your car, they still offer full service. They even have towels for drying whatever they might miss AND they were offering the air sprayer for drying out your side mirror before anyone else in town did.
My only complaint is about the in wash buffer that does most of the drying of your car, it’s only used on the upgrade wash… NO basic.
First time coming here. I got the $60 Super Clean. Quick & easy process. Very thorough and professional. It’s by appointment, and the gentleman was able to get me in the same day. Definitely will return.
I have 4 kids and a minivan, which was very dirty. Not only was everyone working there kind and outgoing, but they also did an unbelievable job with the inside of the van. They spent extra time making it look like a new car again, which I thought would never be possible. Can’t speak more highly of the manager and his team to make a great customer experience. There are other car washes closer to me, but I will make it a point to go back because of the service and experience they provided.
For as long as I can remember, Kwik Car Wash has been a fixture of the community. Always providing the traditional, full-service wash experience. Great owners, great employees and great service.
