5 months agoGreat service here, the guys are friendly. I have the monthly subscription and definitely get my money’s worth out of it. I love the clean microfiber towels and cleaning spray available for use to clean the interior up while you’re vacuuming. Jay Jay Iis super nice, he even remembered me and asked how I’m liking the service.a week agoI went thru the wash Sunday and the attendees didn’t spray my vehicle down and there was very very little soap. This is becoming a regular issue at this location SMH. I’m considering canceling my monthly wash program. 🤔a year agoZips car wash broke a piece of trim off my car, didn’t get the car clean, and then the facility manager blamed me for the issue and failed to follow up after I complained.Five minutes after driving away, I heard a really loud noise while getting on the highway. Pulled over and found a door trim piece had come loose and was flapping in the wind, see photos. I went back the next time I was in the area, two days later, and talked to the facility manager. He said it was probably just a coincidence that the piece had come loose. I said that seemed pretty unlikely, I’ve had the car for five years and all of a sudden this piece comes loose, five minutes after going through your car wash? He said well, you were supposed to check for damage before you left the lot. I asked where that was posted, he said, “well, I don’t see it, but it’s supposed to be posted”. Cool. Anyway, he took some pictures, took my name and number, said he’d talk to his regional manager the next day and call me back, which of course he didn’t.
So, if you want a dirty car, unprofessional management, and expensive damage to your vehicle, Zips can help you out. If you want your car to be clean and intact, take it somewhere else.
a week agoI don’t see the point in having a worker here if they aren’t doing anything, other car wash businesses have their workers do the windshields and front of the vehicle, this one does nothing but direct you, no wonder he is only on his phone and wearing slides, the carwash itself does poorly, barely cleans the car barely dries the car, the vacuums don’t even suck up anything, I honestly don’t see how they are still open, very disappointed, they deserve no starsin the last weekThis place is trash. $10 is the lowest priced washed. Had to try 4 vacuums to get one that was turned on.

4 months agoThis wash has definitely gone downhill in recent months. We have 4 memberships for our family, but unless management can fix whatever is going on at this location, it just won’t be worth the time and money for us. See these black greasy spots on my car? This is the fourth or fifth time it’s happened and if I don’t immediately go back through, whatever this is will dry on the car and is more difficult to get off. The soap is also not rinsing off completely which leaves spots and sometimes soap colored streaks as the car dries. Lastly, and more recently, please note the “unlimited washes” are now “maximum of two per day” per my mud loving teenage boy. Just FYI. Zips, do better!!!8 months agoPaid $25 for the highest their car wash and my car looks horrible. There are spots and dirt still everywhere and all of my rims are still dirty. This was the worst car wash I have ever gotten. It’s not even a little bit close to being acceptable. They also had some guy at the kiosk trying to squeeze between my car and it to push buttons and take my payment. I wanted to read over the packages but him staring at me made me feel rushed. The guy who was guiding me into the teach was waving me forward and looking off to another guy and as a result my tire wasn’t lined up correctly to hit it. Part of guiding someone on is to watch them. Did not even try the vacuum because I was already so mad I have to go up the street to get a car wash somewhere else.3 months agoI paid for the works and this is just not it, a bunch of sprayers weren’t even working, such a waste of money the attendant did not even spray my car down… The works… Smh not even a tire sprayer working in the whole thing. So upset2 months agoI love a good car wash, this isn’t one. Came through yesterday and got my car washed. It did an OK job at best. Got the receipt with a free follow up wash. Came back today and the car wash is closed (open but cones blocking both drives.) Also yesterday the vacuums were broken and barely working.a month agoThere tunnel damaged my car and it almost stopped with my car in the tunnel it got hung up mid cycle! Also there vacuums do not work or if they are working that days the hose disconnect’s making it useless as the connect above you !! I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone , there’s also no one there on time or if someone shows up to open at all .

Nice car wash and works real well on cars but the sign is so alarming about older cars or cars with 100k+ miles!! One thing is that you get through fairly quickly but after an Oklahoma storm they had 1 guy working the line? Really? It took forever to get through and the card reader was having issues. Ended up going to the other location on S Western.
I’m a member with their $35 unlimited washes which is amazing, I can as much as I want as often as I want. And when I used to get the $20 washes, it adds up! They also have spray bottles with window cleaner and microfiber rags available for everyone to use which is really nice for drying off and indoors interior wipe downs Only thing I can say I don’t like is that, they have a person who sprays the cars before the drive through wash but they only ever spray the left side of the cars. I’ve never had anyone spray the right side. Besides they. I’m a happy customer.
Been coming here for almost a year now. Guys are always friendly and willing to help. Vacuums work fairly well and my car gets fully clean unlike some other places. I have a membership and it’s totally worth it. Jacob is one of they guys there and always does a good job. Thank you!!

Last two months, I couldn’t find a vacuum that worked. I came in around 7pm I went to two different stalls! Also looked for window cleaner bottles and only saw 4 and they were empty. I asked the guy if he had more and he said rudely, I can go look and see if I want him to. Said I needed to come in the mornings. I said that is usually when I come do in around 9 or 9:30. I am done. Cancel my account.
