4 months agoI have a really low car (4ish inches) and it went through no problem. The staffed helped me through it and to make sure it would work. Nothing scrapped, nothing got stuck, and it still fit on the track. That’s why googoo is my go to car wash.a month agoMy car is completely spotless because of the care and dedication of the workers there. The are really nice and ready to help you get your car cleaned. This is the only place I go to get my car washed.5 months agoExcellent service and great unlimited package available. Always friendly staff. Free vacuum, glass cleaner and paper towels.4 months agoThe service has declined since the car wash first opened. There used to be more attention paid to the prewash of your vehicle. Now it’s just a quick spray front and back as the car is moving into the car wash. I have a monthly plan -$30 for unlimited washes. There are two lanes into the wash, one for vehicles who pay per visit and one for the monthly pay customers like myself. Lately when I pull in my lane, the gate takes forever to raise. On my last visit, three pay per visit vehicles went ahead of me as I sat waiting for the gate to lift. No one employed by the car wash even glanced my way. I’m going to check out the new car wash on North Dean Road to see if it’s better and what their rates are.4 months agoThe Opelika Rd location that’s open until 8pm has nice, friendly, helpful staff (Kelsey & Lane). I was satisfied with the carwash and they keep it clean around the vacuum areas and all the vacuum machines work.

a year agoSo far the best self service car wash place in town. I’ve tried the competition here and throughout the state. Rich’s seems to have a head above the rest to me. Staff is friendly and helpful. Joined the car wash club about a month ago and they keep proving that I made a good decision. I do wish their air fresheners lasted a bit longer, but no big deal. Vacuums have good suction at all the stalls I have tried and I love the air guns to help you blow your car out in those cracks and hard to reach crevices. The rags and glass cleaner cart always has just enough if not perfect stock of materials. Also the car mat washing station works very well.4 months agoIt’s great for a quick wash! A tree landed on my truck from the Autauga Co tornado in January. I didn’t think to sweep out my truck bed before road tripping in it today. Decided to swing through the car wash just so the hood, top, and sides could get the black stains and pollen washed off and these guys swept out the bed. I wish I had cash on me to leave a tip. It made my day!6 months agoFirst time there! Didn’t do all the vacuuming and stuff just wanted the polen off my car. Goes really quick and does a good job!

This location is the best!! The staff is so kind and helpful. It’s always clean and fast service. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure you have a good experience like the microfiber towels and mints, etc. Love the unlimited wash especially with pollen season. Jacob made sure I had everything I needed as well which was nice 🙂 all the staff so far has been awesome
This carwash serves my needs keeping my truck and my wife’s SUV nice and clean — we have a wash subscription for both.
The big plus is the staff — all of them are great and do an outstanding job of caring for the customer.
Vacuums work well, and there are spray bottles and paper towels to clean the interior or touch up the exterior. The employees are friendly and helpful!! I locked my keys and phone in my car, and the manager made the calls so I could get the car open.
I was so impressed with !!! KG and Sean the car I was driving looked molded. I asked if I could go through twice. KG and Sean grabbed the brushes and scrubbed quickly to clean the car. When I left the car looked good. I felt very good about my experience. Linda
Two days ago, my visit for washing a car and cleaning inside of car, your window cleaning solution damaged on surface of interior…. I had never ever problem to using that window cleaning solution to my interior parts before. I filed claim and need your response . Window cleaning spray must not dilute enough since it damaged interior surface or mixed other chemicals to causing it. Let me hear what causes this. Thanks!
