This Location is convenient. It has the right height for me to drive my 7×14 Enclosed Trailer into the stall. BTW, the care taker advised me that the middle stall is the tallest for anyone wanting to wash a Trailer like mine. They have a dollar changing machine or you can bring your own quarters. The cost is $1.75 per minute. Very affordable and convenient. Change machine will not change 5’s 10’s nor 20’s, only Dollas.

It is visible from the road and it has good water pressure. I will definitely come back.

    I highly recommend it.

This place car wash worked as expected. I did not run into issues like what others faced in the review. The water pressure was great and the minimum price was $1.75 for 3 minutes. The machine had just the coin option. The best way to clean the car when you take the car off-road on a rainy day and mud struck to mud flaps.

Coin machine works fine, but wouldn’t take half my bills and then it only takes $1-$5s to make quarters. No credit card machine on site makes it difficult. Place would easily be 10x better if they updated their machines to take credit cards.

They only accept quarters, the staff is rude, and they don’t permit drying or using a bucket in the bay. Dear owner: There’s companies like Payrange that enables coinless pay. It’s 2022, quarters are a complete inconvenience as nearly nothing uses them anymore.

This place is awful. I lost $4.75 of quarters in two of the stalls before I finally got one of them to work. And then when I needed to add time to that one, it wouldn’t accept any of the quarters and it shut off with my car all soapy and the soap freezing in the cold air. And the change machine only takes $1 bills. Never going here again, lesson learned.

Great prices! The only brush touch wash in town! When you want the real clean and the touchless washes just don’t cut it head on down to Mobil Gas Station right off Grand Ave and get that whip looking nice for the weekend. And don’t forget to stop inside the store for some very polite, prompt, and for all your service needs whether it be snacks something to drink or maybe you need a charger and a quart of oil Mobil has you take care of!

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US

The clearance of most car washes is around 7 feet or 84 inches. This is the standard clearance height that allows the majority of cars to comfortably pass through without any issues. However, it is important to note that there can be variations in clearance height depending on the type of car wash and its design.

Here are some key points to keep in mind regarding car wash clearance:

  • Average clearance: Most car washes have a clearance height around 7 feet or 84 inches. This is sufficient for the majority of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and pickup trucks.
  • Size limitations: However, vehicles that are taller or have added rooftop accessories such as bike racks, roof boxes, or antennas may face clearance issues. It is recommended to remove such accessories before entering a car wash to avoid any damage.
  • Warning signs: Car washes typically have warning signs indicating the clearance height at the entrance. These signs inform drivers of any potential height restrictions and help prevent accidents or damage to vehicles.
  • Commercial vehicles: Some car washes may have separate sections or specialized equipment to accommodate larger commercial vehicles, such as vans or small buses, which often have higher clearance requirements.
  • Manual car washes: In self-serve manual car washes, where individuals wash their own vehicles, there is generally no clearance height limitation as the cleaning is done by hand. However, overhead structures like canopies or awnings may have height restrictions.

It is always advisable to check the specific clearance height of a car wash before using it, especially if you own a vehicle that is taller than average or has modifications that increase its height. This way, you can ensure a smooth car wash experience without any unexpected obstacles or damage.

  1. I decided to go get a car wash here after always hearing people get their vehicles damaged. to give it a shot thinking it wouldn’t happen to me. Well my brand new trucks rims that were pure black now have an awesome galaxy pattern due to it removing the paint everywhere on all of my rims.

  2. 2 major issues. First, basic wash is $14. I travel a lot. Normal wash at every other location in other States is $5 to $7 maximum. So, overpriced here.

Second, very poor management. Was #8 in line today. Cars going through extremely slowly. 2 minutes 45 seconds in-between. After over 20 minutes was #1. Then system stopped completely. Attendants told me reason it was so slow is because the electric motor than pulls cars through was weak so they could only send 1 car at a time. Waiting for a replacement motor to arrive. Then it quit completely when I was #1. No offer to refund. Gave me a card for 1 wash to use whenever they are back to normal. They should have had employee at pay booth explaining the long wait. Then I would have a choice to leave or stay.

Will never go back except to use card for wash I paid for.

  3. Seems to be under repair 50% of the time I really need it. When it’s working, it works fairly well. Obviously, it doesn’t get in the crevices of the wheels, mirrors, and not so good cleaning the grill on an F-350. It’s definitely a 20/20, looks clean from 20 feet away or at 20 mph.

  4. I went for the first time after seeing the reviews about how the car wash will damage your car and came out without a scratch. I got the $14 wash which is the cheapest wash and was more than enough for my car. It had just driven to Seattle and back and was covered in bugs and dirt and cleaned up great with the cheapest wash. The free vacuums put it over for me, I was expecting to pay for them in quarters but ended not having to at all. I definitely plan on going again.

  5. We have had great washes at RPM Express. And any time there were issues, like picking up 3,000 miles worth of bugs on the grill, they are super quick and friendly to resolve things. I appreciate how they take care to make sure your car shines.
