a week agoUsed to be 5 stars. But I went in today to find after paying that there’s no high pressure soap. So almost useless self carwash. And they changed how they bill the credit card. It used to be you swipe and wash as long as you want without interruptions that waste your paid time and you get billed at the end for total time spent. Now you have to go back after 4 minutes and press the card button for additional 15 seconds increments. And the additional time doesn’t always work, I tried swiping card again but time kept going down.
Either way, you lose time in the process because you have to stop what you’re doing and walk over to the wall machine to figure out what is going on. I just gave up and left. Total ripoff. I’d rather go someplace else next time. Do not recommend this place at all anymore.
a week agoNo soap in the wash spray thing. Water leaves marks after. The credit card swipe machine is predatory and interrupts your wash while still counting down to ask if you want to add time instead of just letting you use until you’re done and bill at the end. Never coming here again. Place is scammya month agoPerhaps they could add a little more time to each wash cycle, I understand that everything got expensive, we are all in the same ship but I don’t think that their mortgage loan is going up every month. I’m happy with the facilities, always clean and so far, the equipment working properly, as it should be keep it up and I will continue to bring my vehicles for a wash 😀5 months agoFrom Local Landmark to Predatory Pay & Spray in 2023As a loyal local customer of 12 years, I have my car wash routine pretty well established here. Over the last 3 years, my average cost to clean was $6.51 (2020), $6.57 (2021), and $5.48 (2022). I should’ve seen the writing on the dirty walls in January 2022, when you had to hit the “Stop” button once finished, else you were charged $18.00 (the wash maximum at that time). Shame on me, I thought at the time.. but I wouldn’t let THAT happen again.
Fast forward to today. I noticed new credit card terminals in the bays and didn’t think much else. I swiped and started spraying the suds. An unfamiliar beeping started a few minutes in, which I thought nothing of since I swiped my card in lieu of using a pocket full of Quarters. It’s done when I’m done, and then I’ll be sure to hit that Stop button, ya know?
Wrong. Unless you hit a small “add time” circular button on the card reader, your session times out and you must swipe again for an additional $3. Of course, I had to do that, which meant I was already approaching my dollar cost average per wash MUCH more quickly at this point in my well-practiced routine. I got the beep again after about 2 more minutes, so I hit the little “add time” button. It adds time at 30 second intervals and takes about 3 seconds just to go through this motion while the clock continues the countdown. I’ll have to wait for the charge to clear my account, but I am guessing today was a $12 wash by the time I finished.
You know, for over a decade I could overlook the sulfur rich water, the outdated facilities, the grimy interiors of the bays, the semi-broken equipment, and even chuckle that it takes about 25 seconds for “High Pressure Soap” to start coming out of the wand after you turn the dial.
After today, I will simply go to the Touchless Wash 1 minute down Rollins and bide my time as I watch this Wash as it marches towards its fate. The same fate that the Kmart, Regal Cinemas, and other countless businesses that decorate the decrepit North side of Rollins Road have found. Goodbye, WOW Wash. You stink.
2 weeks agoWas in an accident here while going through the automatic car wash. After staff were very hard to track down and weren’t that professional.

4 months agoDon’t get stung by putting money in the machines. You hear the coins hitting the collection bin, but you get no credit. Unfortunately, it doesn’t tell you the money didn’t register until you put the entire $1.75 in and nothing happens. I moved to a different stall and the same thing happened. Now out $3.50Then as the others mentioned, you then use the credit card and for a couple of minutes it was over $5.00.
So I walked to their coin changer area by the locked door, looking for a sign to call with issues, and guess what. Nothing. There is no contact information to report service issues anywhere which is a state law for any coin-op businesses.
Clearly they know there are issues with the performance and reliability of their machines that are ripping people off, and they are purposely trying to avoid being confronted by not properly posting their contact info.
Besides, two of the stalls were loaded with big deposits of mud that looked like they were sitting there a while.
I would not recommend this place.
*** On edit, after review of the owners reply, his attitude stands for itself. The primary point is, there is NO Management Contact info posted anywhere obvious at the facility to reach anyone. So how would one contact them in the first place as he suggests? Clearly posting management contact info is a state law for any Coin-op business. How is someone to guess the phone number or email when there is a malfunction, or worse some kind of an emergency in a facility with no attendants?
And, not cleaning up mud that’s clearly been siting there for days? Like I said, this guy has purposely not fixed the machines and is suppressing contact info, hoping people will just take their losses and quietly walk away. How about maintaining your facility in the first place? That is exactly the objective of reviews – To warn folks to stay clear of irresponsible business owners. Patronize this place at your own risk.
5 months agoClean facility. Great customer service. Jesse was super kind and helpful when we ran into a minor issue. Will definitely go here again!5 months agoBasic DIY car wash with a drive thru I never use but the wash is ok but kinda spendy get more time per quarter at other places but it’s not horrible and closea year agoOn Saturday 7/9 I cleaned my motorcycle here and I was charged $12 for about 3.5 minutes. I contacted the owner, and he agreed to refund an appropriate amount. Be sure to read the directions carefully to avoid over charges.5 years agoThis car wash has picked up the pace really good, the power washers have really good pressure to get the dirt off the cars easy and quick and the wax is awesome. Best part is you get to see some nice JDM cars there. 👍👍

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an essential part of vehicle maintenance. However, it is important to prioritize safety during the process to avoid any accidents or damage. Here are some general safety guidelines to follow when washing your car:
- Choose a safe location: Find a flat surface away from traffic and obstacles to minimize the risk of accidents. It is ideal to perform the car wash in a designated area such as a driveway or a car wash bay.
- Use appropriate tools: Gather the necessary tools and materials such as microfiber cloths, sponge, hose, car shampoo, and gloves. Using the right tools will ensure a thorough and safe cleaning process.
- Prevent slipping and falling: When washing the car, ensure the ground is not slippery, especially when using water or soap. Take precautionary measures such as wearing non-slip shoes and using a mat to prevent accidents.
- Protect yourself from sun exposure: Car washing can be a time-consuming task, and spending hours under the sun can increase the risk of sunburn or heatstroke. Apply sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and take breaks in shaded areas.
- Be cautious when using ladders: If you need to reach high areas of your car, use a stable ladder or step stool. Make sure it is securely placed on a flat surface and do not overreach or stand on the top step.
- Be mindful of electrical hazards: Be cautious while using electrical tools such as pressure washers or electric buffers. Make sure all connections are dry and secure, and keep cords away from water sources to avoid electric shock.
- Avoid using excessive force: When scrubbing, avoid applying excessive force that could cause accidental scratches or damages to the car’s surface. Use a gentle hand and let the cleaning products do their job.
- Check for any hazards: Before starting the car wash, check for any loose objects inside or outside the car that could pose a danger. Remove any sharp items, loose parts, or debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions: Read and follow the instructions provided on the cleaning products you use. Certain chemicals may require specific precautions and proper ventilation.
- Dispose of waste properly: After completing the car wash, dispose of any waste materials such as dirty water, soap, or chemical containers in an environmentally friendly manner. Avoid pouring them down drains or in areas that could pollute the environment.
By following these safety guidelines, you can ensure a safe and effective car washing experience while keeping yourself and your vehicle protected.

It’s my new favorite place to go to get my car wash. Such a great price and my Jeep looks great after it comes out. Plus free vacuum section! If you live near, you need to try it out. It will become your new car wash place too!
Everytime I come in to get my car washed they always forget to get the front bumper even if I tip I’m not happy with the service I spend $50/tip every 2 weeks what happened to the old crew?? new people just don’t care.
I’ll take my business elsewhere I used to like this place I would travel a half hour one way just to get my car washed
Came to get my car wash today. Had a great experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. The car wash is kept clean and organized. Definitely getting the membership.
The car wash stopped several times while my truck was in there, aproximeted 6 times, when it was done asked the shift manager to get my truck one more time do the car wash defects and he declined, instead call the cops and said that I was not longer welcomed there…. very disappointed do the bad service and manager position
Went there for the first time to get a truck wash on my silverado, It snapped off the antenna. The guy told me he does 700 cars a day. And the machines are running fine. So it’s not their fault!! Customer service sucks at this place, Needless to say it’ll be my last visit…😎
