6 months agoDoes a decent job of washing my car. I think one of the washing or drying features was broken today, but they gave me a free air freshener and cloth so I was happy! Employees are always friendly and helpful. As other reviewers say, I recommend taking a rag for drying/cleaning up any missed details after the wash!in the last weekI chose to go here after reading the reviews about customer service and because they’re open after 6 pm. I’m so glad I did. The assistant manager Edwin was extremely helpful and added tire shine to my tires himself after the automated rollers malfunctioned. He was very kind about it. I’ll definitely be back. Good customer service is hard to find !4 months agoI love this car wash. The workers are so sweet, the parking spots are kept clean and trash is never over flowing. They don’t complain if you just use the vacuum’s once in a while either. The pricing is so affordable for $6 for a basic wash and dry. Car wash price has jumped to $9 starting basic wash. That’s dramatic considering it was $6 for the basic wash just a couple weeks ago. The vacuums are first and getting in and out is not difficult. They recently added the air guns to push out excess water in the cracks which is nice. The wash itself is just “ok”. I still have to go over my car after to clean off spots that the wash doesn’t get.

While on our road trip I found ants in my truck but had a hard time finding a place willing to just a vacuum for my truck as our toddler is scared of using them otherwise. They definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us quickly.2 months agoThis place is great because of their fair price for car wash, speed (pretty much just going through their automated car wash system), and also sufficient number of post-wash self-service cleanup stations (vacuum, pressured air gun, clean towels, trash bin). Kids will love to go through the car wash machine just like other car wash especially rainbow soap:-)5 months agoI never use google to review things, but this car wash, with complete transparency, is the best in Orange County for your money. I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and each time, the service is out of this world. I care about my car deeply, and they really do the best of the best when it comes to the Full-Service. They were even open on Easter Sunday, when nobody else was, and were as friendly as can be. There’s no better place for you where you can pay little money, and the convenience of a fast drive thru $5 car wash. Because not even their top offered service can give you the satisfaction of getting a good car wash service experience.
but sometimes that extra little money somewhere else could give you extra care, attention, respect and better service. I came to do a wash on my car and parked on the blue zone, my kid’s helped me out with the vacuuming as I not able to do it and tge vacuum hose had a lot of dirt and trash and ended up on the top of tge car, I asked the attendees if there was something he could do to help me out or to pass tge car again to get it cleaned up and his response was that THE VACUUMS ARE FREE AND THAT NO ONE ELSE PASS THE HOSES ON TOP OF THEIR CARS AND IT WASN’T THE CARWASH STATION RESPONSIBILITY OR FAULT. well I don’t think I got a good service at all. So ended up gong back the same way I left in the first place. Very bad experience. But we’ll if you want just to Dust off your car come to this places. Good luck.
If you’ve ever wanted to overpay for a horrible wash/products you don’t receive, and laughed at by staff who can’t bother to stop their conversations to help you, come here. There are gas station car washes that blow this “car wash” out of the water”. I would not be surprised if the 1k+ 5 star reviews are from bribes and bots.
My car was in need of a car wash and being that I have white rims I wash before I go to any car wash if I have the chance to pre-wash so anyways I pay for the most expensive watch the offer to take very good care of my car and wanted to have it looking nice. I thought I took the whole package like I have any other place once the wash was over all the vacuum spot refilled and they wanted me to continue doing laps around the lot until a spot opened up. I did about to laps and being that I live close by I figured forget it I’ll just go home and vacuum it so I get home I live less than a mile away and once I get out of my car, the first thing I notice is my rings are no longer white. They are now covered with like a black grease or something like that so I instantly start trying to clean them off or wipe it off and notice it’s not coming off and I get as much of it as i can off put, my rims are now stained so I called them up. They tell me to go back. So I do and they tell me that it does that with these kind of wheels I didn’t mention that it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time because it’s not posted anywhere I’m not paying for it to get like that so eventually after I wouldn’t take no for an answer, the I guess manager at the time took my report and said the owner would call me. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard from them at all so not only are they liars they don’t care about anybody else is property they just want your money and after that didn’t care, they are aware of the damage the machines can do and we’re not notify you a warning they do not have anything posted The worst experience I’ve ever had any car wash place. Definitely will not go. There were definitely would not recommend anybody going there. Unless you want damage to your vehicle or unless you want to drive laps around the lot just a vacuum your car
I’ve been a regular customer at this car wash, making the long trip from Mission Viejo once a week. Today, I forgot my wallet and had no cash on me, and they don’t accept Apple Pay.
So I asked the manager if he could help me with the situation and allow me use the store card for $5 basic wash, but he refused. Like cmon man its the basic $5 wash and I am a regular customer. I offered cash app or zelle anything just to get that car wash cuz I really needed but no customer service and greed overtakes interestingly.
Not coming here again
Met the owner it was a wonderful experience.
The best part was the smirk on his face as he refused to accept my vehicle because of ropes, that had never previously been an issue.
