7 months agoNo soap came out of the machine. And the dryer’s timer always starts before you are released from the washing section. Either needs to start later or last a little longer. I think 15-30 more seconds is fair.7 months agoDid not clean the front of my car at all and was less than a minute car wash. The worse one I ever been to.3 years agoThis car wash can be confusing. Once the wash is done,, everything after that IS confusing. One must move to the next section for the hot wax and rinse. Not sure if this is slow movement or a stop. There is a timer for drying but it does not work so half of my vehicle was wet.2 years agoThis car wash NEVER has soap in it and the dryer only works 1/2 the time. I live less than 4 miles from the one on Bass Pro Blvd . The people there don’t do anything. You have to wait until either someone comes out or they get off their phones to help you . We wait in line sometimes for them to get off their phones before being helped . Then it’s one person doing it all . They don’t even use the water or brush on your truck . Never seen a bunch of ladies so rude before in my life . I think that take 5 needs to be closed for one day and make them come up to Zachary and let these ladies and gentlemen show them how it’s supposed to be done. I will go a week without washing my Truck until i come to the TAKE 5 Car Wash in ZACHARY . WHY !!! Because the people are so nice , polite and very respectful. This crew needs a Blue Ribbon for all their work ethic..
The staff was very nice and I appreciated the fact there was plenty of space for customers to vacuum.
On June 30,2023 at the Take 5 Car Wash Zachary Location Site #098 4:40 pm Central Standard Time I was in the car wash when the blue washer wrapper spinners broke my passenger side mirror. I completed the damage claim report, submitted estimates, and talked with the site manager as requested. The site manager Robert Jackson no longer works for the company. I left my contact information for the new site manager more than a week ago. Today is August 1, 2023 and my mirror is not repaired. I have contacted the company ten times today through various methods, in person for the old and leaving a message for the new site manager, email, online website and phone calls. I have also left my contact information more than once. It is now August 1, 2023 and nothing has been done to remedy this problem.
Update: Today is September 5, 2023 and my mirror has been repaired by Autoworks of Baker Inc. They did an excellent job and provided great service! Take 5 Car Wash paid for the repair. I am glad this situation has been resolve and therefore I will rate them a 4 star.
Very satisfied with my experience today!! The cleaning chemicals and towels were stocked, which I really needed to use. Overall great experience, and Kenny didn’t hesitate to come check and make sure I got the full experience at this car wash. 🙂
