I don’t know why the Flats itself is getting such an awful review. I moved here back in January and have been very pleased with everything about the Flats. The amenities are nice, the staff is nice. My boyfriend and I when we decided to move in together chose to stay at The Flats because it was so much cheaper than a lot of the places we had looked at nor could we afford. The staff is such a friendly environment and has been nothing but kind. I think this place is worthwhile to stay. Thank you for all you do. 🙂

This is our second month living at The Flats and we love it. The interiors are beautiful and the property grounds are well kept. The staff has been very attentive and kind. Feels very clean and safe here. It has also been very quiet. Don’t really have anything to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

The flats is overalls I pretty decent place to live. Major pros is affordability and the management is pretty friendly. The gym and pool are very nice additions as well. A major con is the washing machine situation. It’s pretty common to have washing machines and dryers to be out of service for multiple weeks and it seems like it’s not cleaned super often.

Place was “OK” when I first moved in a couple years ago. But after living here for awhile especially since the new staffing changes and new neighbors, things started going downhill. The garages are over priced and don’t always work. You’ll be paying $100 extra /month for an amenity that MIGHT work. People will throw your laundry outside IN THE GRASS if it’s taking up space in a washer or a dryer, and there’s no cameras except in the clubhouse which they CHOSE to install after it had been trashed so many times by the community. If somebody damages your car like it’s happened to me on several occasions, you’re SOL unless you have a dash cam. The prices are ridiculous for the size of apartments. All the small fees are non-negotiable and non optional making this place seem money hungry for unnecessary services. The only good thing about this complex is how attentive maintenance is about getting things fixed, but even then they’ll pound on your door like cops and don’t usually announce themselves when doing so. So if you’re looking for a place that’s unsafe half the time, over-priced with trashy loud neighbors, sits adjacent to a loud dog daycare, this is the place for you. Will be leaving in December and NEVER coming back.

I have lived at the flats for three years and just signed my fourth year. The staff is always so attentive to my needs and I appreciate the staff and community vibe I have here! Awesome dog community. Pool amenities are awesome and modern.

As first time buyers it’s daunting beginning the process of looking for a home, especially in todays market. However Kaitlin made the whole process enjoyable by providing us with her excellent knowledge and years of experience. Going above and beyond by quickly communicating and ensuring we understood all the information we received. Always being on the look out for new properties to go view even over a year into our search. Not looking to make a quick buck but instead helping us find the perfect home for us. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s always a step ahead and professional look no farther Kaitlin is your gal!

Kristin helped us buy our first home and she was nothing short of exceptional! She was amazing at explaining anything and everything about the housing market since we came in not knowing much. She would listen to what we liked and didn’t like about each house we toured and helped find more homes that highlighted all the things we liked. She was very responsive and would meet us for tours whenever it was convenient in our busy schedule. Buying a house is a huge deal and can be a daunting experience but Kristin helped remind us that it can also be a fun experience!

This place is terrible! The gal in the front office never returns calls you can never get a hold of management. My son moved in there six months ago. His dishwasher still does not work. He still has no icemaker. His Internet works half the time they promised him a parking spot he’s never got it, I would not even give this place a one star. There are so many homeless people living on the corner and in the lobby. They even broke in and stole some of his belongings his TV etc. he called the office and she told him it was the cleaning crew really !!! he doesn’t have a cleaning crew!
