    Thank you to Savannah Grimes for helping us find the home we were looking for. It was difficult to find and be able to actually purchase a home with the market like it was when we purchased our home. It can became really discouraging with homes selling so quickly and with so many people offering on each home. This home had many features we were looking for so it meant a lot to us. There were many bids on this home and Savannah guided us on our bidding so we were able to be the ones to get it.

    Savannah helped us in so many ways. She first found out what we were looking for in a home and checked every day to see what was available. Any time she found one she thought we would be interested in, she sent us the link to see if it was one we would like to see. She was quick to arrange appointments for us which was important, since homes were selling within days of their being placed on the market. She was patient with the many, many homes we were wanting to see, and understanding if it wasn’t quite what we wanted. She answered our concerns but was never pushy, quietly allowing us to form our own opinions as to whether a home was right for us.

    One thing we especially appreciated was her positive attitude about our finding the right home for us. She assured us often that we would be able to find the right home which helped carry us through the times we wondered.

    Savannah is kind, understanding, thorough, organized, watchful and encouraging. She is sincerely interested in her clients and works hard to assist them in any way possible. She followed through, worked well with other realtors and was respectful of the homes and owners of the homes we went through.

    I think she was actually as excited for us as we were when we finally found the home we chose to purchase.

    I recently moved out of my apartment complex after living there for a year and seven months, and I must say, the experience was far from ideal. The building was often dirty, you could smell the weed, and the carpet in my apartment was stained and neglected for over six months.

    The unprofessionalism didn’t end with the living conditions. Upon moving out, I was informed that my deposit had been sent, yet it has been over 36 days, and I still haven’t received the check. I made an effort to call the office, and they promised to check with their main office in Seattle and provide me with an update. Unfortunately, it’s been a week since that call, and I have heard nothing back.

    The lack of communication and failure to keep promises are very disappointing. While the location may be convenient for some, the poor maintenance and unresponsiveness from the management make it hard to recommend this complex to others. My experience was filled with frustration, and I hope potential renters will consider this review before making their decision.

    I’m super disappointed with the fridge being super super warm and maintenance have been fixing it for a month it, it’s still not solved. Another disappointment is that u can never contact anyone in charge if there’s no one in the office. The emergency line is always “assisting other customers”

    This is the comment I had: the environment is super good! Maintenance is quick. Some suggestions: 1. The desk in the clubhouse is not stable. Is it possible to put a study desk there? I feel like many residents study there, I do too! 2. It would be great if the clubhouse is open 24/7. I didn’t know it locked at night, my charger laptop were there but I couldn’t get back in until the next morning. 3. It might be a good idea to start a group chat to build up a community with neighbors!

    This is a great community in a pretty safe area. Perla is absolutely fantastic. Just a heads up that the windows don’t open (I wish I knew that before moving in). I love this apartment though.

    I’ve been living at Velo for almost a year and I highly recommend this place for especially students and people working near downtown. There are several bus stops 2-3mins away and the place is near the Trax. There are so many groceries near that you can walk by and I feel very safe here.

    If you don’t own a car this is the place for you. I’ve recommended this place to more than three tenants and they love the place. The neighbors here are very friendly as well!

    The maintance is always here to help and the previous and new manager is very kind and helpful whenever I need help.

    + Also the hot tub is amazing and kept very clean!

    If you’re willing to find a housing downtown, I highly reocmmend Velo!

    After living at Velo on the Blvd for 2 years, I can only say that the quality of this establishment is declining, while the price keeps increasing. In addition to this, Velo on the Blvd has made it very clear that they do not value the safety of their tenants. Before moving out and without requesting permission, the staff of Velo on the Blvd entered my apartment unit. Within this time they went through my apartment and left my back door open creating an immediate safety risk. I could have been in my apartment showering or sleeping. I received a call only after this clear violation of the law occurred and all the property manager said was “the entry was not ideal” and they were not going to do anything besides take off the charge for a few dead lightbulbs. When moving out, I requested an apology and my refundable security deposit back in full. The property manager, Perla, said that I would not get my full refund. Velo on the Blvd is unsafe and by entering my unit unannounced and leaving my back door open while I was at work, the staff of this apartment complex created a huge violation to my safety as a woman living alone downtown. Do not live here.
