5 months agoI had an amazing experience with the team from Damico Group Real Estate. I was mostly in contact with Bani, who was very attentive and quick to answer any questions I had and schedule viewings. He even answered me on his days off as he was celebrating his birthday! I was also in contact with the agent Adrian, who was very informative while guiding me through potential candidates for me to rent.As my first experience dealing with a real estate company, Damico Group has left a very good first impression. Everyone was very professional and understanding, and I didn’t feel rushed at all in the decision making process, unlike a lot of other agencies that were reaching out to me during my search. They also had some of the nicest apartments I had seen. Every listing that I saw was beautiful in their own regards, with great photos that helped showcase what the residences had to offer. They even gave me a surprise token of gratitude for my son and I afterwards which is very kind.
I would highly recommend them if you are unsure how to move about with looking for an apartment. I’m sure that I will be back when I’m ready to purchase my first home.
2 months agoDaniel was very responsive and knowledgeable with the entire process. He was always professional and I would recommend him without reservation. I called him on many occasions with questions regarding the home sale transaction and he was straight forward and to the point2 years agoAfter my next door neighbor waxed poetic about the talents of realtor Dan D’Amico, I too used him as the realtor for my apartment sale that recently closed. Dan is exceedingly professional and understands the Westchester market completely. He knows what it takes to make a sale happen.Dan then brought in a superb photographer and came up with an asking price that I felt was fair. Well, in less than one week, I had a qualified buyer and an accepted offer. I was expecting to have to negotiate a little, but no. The offer was the full asking price.
Dan also recommended a superb real estate lawyer and the rest was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to hire him again should the need arise.

When my clients accepted her clients offer, she promised me a very open line of communication and she delivered. Working with Valerie was a great experience and I wish they all were this smooth! 7 months agoI wish there were more stars I could give Tony. When I sold my house 6 years ago it was honestly by chance I saw his phone number and called. It turned out to be by Luck! He’s most responsive, friendly, and works with you every step of the way. We even sold for over asking price. So when my Dad passed last year and it was time to sell his home, I told my family that I knew someone perfect for the job and again Tony was absolutely amazing. We just closed and it went as smoothly as the first time that I had worked with him.
