5 years agoI love shopping at Dollar Tree for all of my crafting needs but this has got to be the worse, unorganized store I have visited!! It is always cluttered and unstocked. It is so overwhelming with unstocked boxes and items all over the floor in the aisles that I couldn’t get to what I needed. The Toy aisle is a whole different story! I took my business elsewhere.4 months agoThe manager is absolutely DISGUSTING. Purchased $400 for a community project, their register ran out of paper. I obviously need a receipt for granted monies. I called to figure out how I would go about getting a receipt. She was extremely rude, she answered the phone with an attitude & told me she had no idea how to get me a receipt. She went BALISTIC & refused to help in anyway. Her tone is NASTY her attitude is CRUDE & I feel bad for her employees.4 months agoI normally dont leave bad reviews but my experience with this store prompted me to put this somewhere.The manager crystal has a horrible attitude and needs to be trained in customer service. The store was also a mess with boxes cluttering the aisle.6 years agoThis place is a total mess! The shelves are barely stocked. The items on the shelves are a mess. Boxes are in the aisles. Corporate needs to hire a manager that can improve this store immediately. It has to be losing money.6 years agoShelves are always empty and the store is a total mess. Boxes and broken items on the floor. Lines are always long. I had to give a star to review so I guess it is for the prices when they have the items. This store is horrible.

2 months agoY’all… This used to be my go to Dollar Tree when I’d pass through Duluth. Not anymore. Cleanliness is not their strong suit anymore. Outside trash is Everywhere! Inside hasnt seen a vacuum cleaner. What happened? It’s only been a couple years since my last visit.Customer service is also subpar. The manager basically threatened not to service me with my return as if I were an ignorant child. “Fadi” let me know he’d been manager here 10 years and that the return process had not changed and had been that way always. That I was wrong. Period.

Additionally, Fadi was rude, not just to me but to another customer of color when the customer tried to talk about some item and Fadi rudely dismissed comments and derided him AND made comments in a middle Eastern language as well. He didn’t dare translate because I was heated and commented that this veteran was not going to be mistreated by him.
Do not pateonize this location unless you’re a glutton for punishment and dont mind wallowing in filth.
9 months agoFirst and last time visiting this location! The worst one I have ever been to. The cleanliness of the store was absolutely disgusting, and the amount of inventory just sitting in the isles taking up space was totally unacceptable. You had to navigate the merchandise in the isle just to make an attempt to shop. The door to the storage room was open, and it looked like a tornado had been through, so it is no surprise why the sales floor looks like it does. Don’t waste your time at this location, go anywhere else!4 months agoThe head cashier with short curly hair and tattoos is so rude to customers and employee. All I could do is describe her. I did not get her name.I asked he a question and she was very rude and nasty as if I was bothering her.It use to be pleasant shopping here but I will not be returning and I will reach out to the corporate office as well. I wish I got the employees name. Unfortunately, I will no longer shop here.
5 years agoVery messy location. Beverages were not stocked. When I walked in an employee walked by me while two others also didn’t greet me. The best thing about this location is the wheelchair ramp. Only one register open with two other employees conversing maybe about work stuff, but there was so much work that needed to be done or maybe open a second register. The balloon area looked like the stock room.2 months agoI’d much rather drive to another location than to go back to this Dollar Tree… There was stuff all over the place and the shelves were empty! These workers clearly don’t care for their store like they should..

Excellent Dollar Tree!
They were repairing the front door when I was there but that didn’t stop anyone from getting what they needed and getting out of the store. The employees here are friendly, courteous and professional. The store is very clean, well organized and well stocked. There is plenty of parking, with easy access to the store. The cashiers were friendly and professional. They did a good job of completing customers transactions and getting them on their way. This is a busy store.
Hello everyone Dollar tree is the best place for all season make up, cleaning products, hair care ,family I deal, oh boy you can deck your house up with a beautiful pictures collection, set up your dining room tables, backyard,front yard, it’s under limits to the things that you can do too your house, car. The associates are very friendly, helpful, amazing, clean store, safe environment. Please have plenty of patience when checking out, each item must be wringing up separately, one at a time, shelves are well stocked new stuff every week, remember everything is $1.25 not $1.00 all Easter stuff is 50%off like $5.00 stuff please ask associates for help about the 50%off deal. Public restrooms available. Looking for a job please download Dollar tree app talk online websites please put the store number in which you would like to work. The store is well stocked cause some dollar trees aren’t, store could use some deep cleaning and sanitizing extremly dirty and dark. I try not to go into this store cause there are ALWAYS two cashiers with LONG LONG LINES. Horrible
The selection of this dollar tree is unreal… Probably the best one I’ve been to in Decatur! Friendly staff, super organized, very well stocked and very clean! If I ever need anything from the dollar tree, this is the one I’m gonna go to.
Wide selection and the store is kept clean and neat. The only draw back is that they seem to be perpetually short-staffed. I have never gone in to shop without having to wait in an extremely long line.
