Clean organized store.3 months agoThe north dollar tree on LaSalle is the best in the state, at the very least. It is always clean organized and fully stocked. When I need some quick art supplies or greeting cards they are my number one choice10 months agoDespite what you may think of a classic Dollar store, I just have to say I am impressed very impressed with how Dollar tree has had so many products that are at a lesser price especially when our economy and the cost of living is so high. Human checker was much quicker than the self checkout linesa year agoI took my mom in shopping there for some grocery items, had issues with her payment method. I wish I would’ve got the employees name’s, because they were SUPER, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, and most of all NON JUDGMENTAL! They and made my mom feel more amazing…. rather then other places/employees would look/act towards her as though she’s less human then they are, while passing judgment! Thanks 😊 guys for treating others as equals with both compassion and no judgment! Today’s date is 4/9/22 approximate time was 4pm. Just wanted the date time noted so credit can be given to those Amazing peeps!

5 months agoThere is Only 2 cashiers working yet but one has to leave to go blow up balloons. And the sole cashier has a line leading all the way down in the aisle. Come on poor management.2 years agoI really enjoy ordering in bulk! Things I use a lot of are cheaper in bulk. Also, being able to choose your store to have your items shipped to is awesome. Not every store carries the same items, so it’s kind of a treasure hunt when you see things online that you’ve never seen in the store! There are some items that can’t be shipped in with the regular truck delivery, so you have to pay UPS shipping (expensive), but I don’t do that too often; only if it’s something I truly need.Monday, July 5, 2021 I have finally gotten around to opening some of my packages. One box has the correct orange label, but what’s inside is not what I ordered. I ordered windshield cleaner. I got very ugly tablecloths. This has happened before. Once, I ordered grey washcloths, and they sent me green. The store manager went to the shelves and pulled all of the grey ones off and we just switched them out. Today, I called the store to let them know what happened and a lady told me that I have to call CS. I told her that I have spoken to them in the past, as well as the manager who switched out my washcloths, and they say that if it’s in the store, I can get them off the shelves. This lady, Emma, maybe, told me that whomever told me that was wrong. So after I got off the phone with her, I called CS. Guess what they said? I have to take the wrong item to the store that I picked it up at, and if they have the correct item in stock, I can switch it out! The other option is CS can issue a refund, but they can’t reship the item. Now I have to call the store back and tell the lady that what I said before is correct and verified by CS.

Lots of cool items to make cute decor for your home.5 months agoThe dollar tree is a good place to buy a lot of inexpensive things like cleaning products and other items that are needed for the home. They also have food and drink and snacks for a dollar. Party supplies and cards and seasonal items and a whole lot moreNow $1.25. Always come out of there with something Was warm in there today but still found things to buy
2 years agoReally bad experience. Super rude cashier. Asked him if he was alone there because I needed help moving some crates of lights. He finished what he was doing, came to move them, no response when I thanked him, went back to the cash register and complained loudly to another customer that he had to do that for me. I didn’t want to drop them all. They were stacked precariously. Asked him if it was a problem to move them for me, he said yes and started raising his voice to me that he had to leave his custo.ers to do something for me that I could have done myself. Really went off on me. Hes a huge problem. The manager apologized for him. Really? What a guy. And so professional!

They do a great job. I say they specifically do a great job. With more and more people hunting for bargains in a changing economy, they manage to do their best everyday keeping the shelves filled. They may possibly be out of some items with the increased popularity of the store lately. It’s impressive to see them do their best and it’s noticeable.
The cashier, Nick, is AWESOME! He is kind and welcoming to every customer, quick with a smile or laugh, and helpful. It is clear that staffing at the store is an issue, but having a positive, good-natured person to interface with at the register makes up for other challenges the store faces. Make him the manager please!!!
Love the new self service registers!! I am a bit surprised that none of the regular check out lanes were closed a long line to the self-serve registers 3 open but one very long line. Not one employee watching the registers leaves me curious how the person in charge is a bit trusting of the public. Nice store very picked over. I will continue to be 13th ave patron!
I went in looking for 1 specific item. Asked the man working last night on a “Friday night ” 6/23/2023 worst experience ever. To the point the man had me in tears. I just left my things and I walked out crying. I will never go there again!
Was happily surprised by the variety of products available. I was looking for diy craft items and found a lot of options. The interaction with the one gentleman employee was fabulous.
