They also showed excellent teamwork.5 months agoThe sales associate Jessica was very rude. I said hello…nothing in return. I said thank you, have a good day…silence. It was different for the guy in front of me. I’m thinking my skin tone could’ve been an issue…idk6 months agoThe manager and staff is very rude. My children needed to use the bathroom and the management was extremely rude and disrespectful and would not let us come in. My little girl was 4 years old and she made us leave the store and go somewhere else. However, right in front of our faces one of the workers went right into the bathroom. Terrible staff. Selfish. Never will come back here again.7 months agoClean and well organized (compared to other Dollar Tree I gone to) Definitely things were fully stock and they are $1.25 plus tax and a special section for $3-$5+tax items. 3 months agoThe two cashiers working on Sunday 7/30 were both so nice! I believe one of them was named stephen, and didn’t catch the young woman’s name but I was extra impressed considering it’s tax free weekend and I know how hectic it was. Good job yall people like you are appreciated ❤️6 months agoIt’s actually the “Dollar Twenty-five” store. But dang. That’s still a great deal on some stuff! The one I went to had an entire section (like 40’× ’25) just for PARTY SUPPLIES!! Some really cute stuff for baby shower or birthday. Lots of home school stuff. (No adult coloring books. Bummer.) And all kinds of pot gardening stuff! Look around. Think outside the box! I spent $27 and had 4 bags of stuff. Mostly organizational bins and stuff like that and cheap lotion. I actually found my Black Cohosh there for $3! That was a couple of weeks ago. It has worked just fine!5 months agoGreat Dollar Tree. The bathrooms are open and usable but maybe 3/5 for cleanliness. I’m still a little put out by the price increase but I still shop here. I do not purchase as much since I am able to find these item cheaper. But I still love the buckandaquarter store and will continue to shop
Always finding more reasons to shop here! So far it has most everything we need except cat litter and diapers 😂
Order the completes had them shipped to the door all twelve were broken. I was told to leave them at the store and they would credit my account within 7 to 10 business days. I was told I would have to reorder them myself. The customer service number that I called They were rude, and you could not understand a word that they were saying to you. Finally again, I was told they would refund my money within 7 to ten days And that was the best that they could do. I am so disheartened with Dollar Tree right now. I have order to order the plates again spending my money , and I will have to wait till I get my refund to my account to even order. Therefore, it’s probably gonna be 2 or 3 weeks Before I get my dinner plates because the stores don’t have them. I know you probably don’t care if you lose my business. But everybody that I can tell I promise you We’ll because your customer service sucks.
