  The food was amazing as usual but the service was just quite a bit slow .The sundae machine was not working as usual across the mid south pertaining to all of the other MacDonald locations. Sometimes they are extremely over crowded at that location with employees and customers. I do really love the team work energy and atmosphere that management has clearly trained and expects their team to deliver . Also it was reassuring and refreshing to see and witness the restaurant manager… engaged and helping with the floor and customer while all teaching and showing and helping them answer, learn , and complete and correctly follow the restaurant operations, guidelines, customer service, instructions and ultimately professional and very important rules.

  So, I went to this McDonald’s on Union. They were not very busy but had about 5-6 orders. I ordered two six pieces of mcnuggets, and I got one six piece of mcrocks and the other filled with Mac sauce. Also ordered a big Mac and quarter pounder on the promo. Both sandwiches were made wrong. The quarter was not supposed to have anything but mayonnaise and cheese. And it was made plain. Also, the Big Mac was ordered the way it comes. My Mac sauce came where my nuggets should have been. The fries were fresh, at least. Do not go to this location. Staff is hateful . Food is always wrong. And you will be waiting a little minute just to have a bad experience. The best part is look at other reviews also the owner and staff don’t care. Save your time and money

  Came by at 4 am sharp and while it looks open no one said anything at the speaker. There was a car ahead of me that waited a several minutes to order then drove off. I then pulled up to the speaker and asked hello three times with no reply, the car behind me then waited for several minutes as well before driving away. The menu was on at the drive thru. I pulled through to the second window where I could see at least three people working inside who looked at me but ignored me as a sat to write this review. Then another car pulled up behind me as if they had ordered something but still no one said anything to me. So I pulled up to see if the car behind me was getting a successful order, but they then were ignored too. The man honked his horn and then had to get out of his car to show on his phone that he was there to get an Uber order and they shook their head ‘no’ at him.

  Walked in, or almost fell in. The floors are super dangerously slippery. I almost fell several times. At one point, I had to catch myself on the way to the bathroom because I fell. Best part, my shoes were non-slip! The food? I’m not sure. I have a pretty strong stomach and never have gotten the runs from McDonald’s before, but I couldn’t finish my meal before needing the bathroom. I ended up throwing out some of it away. The staff was completely disengaged with the customers. The lady who was at the register was more worried about everything else, especially with whatever was going on in the kitchen. I asked for my receipt and she crumpled it up and threw it out. I again asked for my receipt and she said she wasn’t allowed to take it out of the trash. I’m irritated because my cost at the counter was more than the cost at the self order, which does not have a pin pad and the other’s are broke! So, you need to order at the counter. I do not recommend at all.

  McDonald’s has lost it touch in the fast food market. I waited 10 minutes for a happy meal and another 5 minutes to receive ketchup and the toy that should have already been in the box. The cashier got upset at another customer because he had questions about the menu items. I heard her say, “he just wasted my time”. I only went because that’s what my grandson wanted for lunch. Not any more…

  Hanging out withy Granddaughter. Had the nerves to ask for a 10 Peice Nugget and Large 🍟. She ate 8 out of the 10 🤣😆🤦🏾. I ordered me 3 of the Chocolate chip 🍪. OMG, soooo soft and and was hot and ready.

  The service has definitely improved. About a year ago I would ONLY go in the morning or before 2 p.m. because the evening crew and management was horrible. The service would be slow. The door would be locked or the door would be open but not taking orders. The workers were dry or rude.. There has now been a MAJOR turnaround. I visit at least once a week in the afternoon with the after-school crowd. The service is fast and all employees I have interacted with have been pleasant

  I just got home from McDonald’s on Poplar and Cleveland. Every single time I go there, I get an attitude, but today was very different. I sat in line for 5 minutes with no answer, so I went to the window where you pay, no answer there either. I went to the window where you pick up the order. The manager said she didn’t answer me on purpose because she wasn’t making orders right now, and I asked what should I do, and she shut the window on me on purpose. I drove back around where the speaker was and told a gentleman they were taking no orders, but she was taking his and I heard her sat on the intercom that if that guy backs up I will refuse his order to the man at the intercom. I was in shock, and she told all employees not to speak with me. I was very calm, and she was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my 44 years going to fast food service. I’m a disabled combat veteran and didn’t understand why she attacked me with words when I have absolutely done nothing to her. Now I know why the employees are rude themselves. There are maybe 2-3 good employees, but the manager will hopefully not turn them as she has done others. Bottom line is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. My friends say the exact things themselves, but we try and give them a chance, but fail every single time, and now we will never go there again, and we all live within 1 mile. I hope the owners will straighten this out someday. I have noticed that business is down tremendously, and there is the answer right in front of them.

  Artificially reducing drive through time by pulling me up past window, when car behind me wasn’t right behind me, and their order wasn’t ready anyway. Car behind me at window also waiting at window. I still ended up getting my order before the person behind me anyway. Staff taking my order a little brusque and seemingly annoyed I didn’t hear them the first time, and I just asked them to repeat what they said.
