a month agoDidn’t get the right order management needs to go to an English class. I wasn’t happy at all with the service, but stop wasting my time. Thank you, they think giving bad service is funny. I would fire the whole management team and find some people who are Americans. If you dont have papers, then go back. This is America. We speak English here they speak Spanish where you’re from, then go make your country better. we can make America great all by ourselves, thank you. They think we need them. The truth is we don’t .4 months agoI Noticed Whenever I walk in on A daily basic There is A woman name ms Veronica Who doesn’t listen to her crew worker instead Believe She the gate keep instead of giving people of color A chance More hour either in This Generation we live in She like to suppress people feelings and emotion like it or exist instead She Rather you work whenever she want you to work because she Rather lie about you not improving instead of helping A Black men or A black upper coming manager out she delay And Force your hand only for you to put in your 2 week notice just for her to hire more Hispanic people She trying to turn the work environment into her own personal gain because most of them live in the same Household together And she the queen supposly who call all the shot The only Think To Do Is Replace her And Call it as it is Racism We Need Better leader in charge Instead of someone who look down on you if you are A person of color This racist Behavior must stop now I repeat3 months agoFast, polite customer service. I got my order in led than 2 min. That’s the way all McDonald’s should be. I’ll be back to this location many more times in the near future. Food is hot and fresh..4 months agoI am tempted to give them a lower score because they didn’t hire me about 10 years ago. That was their loss. Anyway, great customer service and the order has been right almost every time. The food is great 👍 too.

5 months agoMcDonald’s is a nice place it has a quiet atmosphere and the people and the employees there are friendly and very helpful stop in and have yourself some chicken nuggetsa month agoOh the atmosphere here is outstanding! Tonight a dude in active withdrawal jumped out of the bushes and asked for money while using the drive thru. He wasn’t taking no for an answer and kept circling my and other cars and screaming. The staff shrugged their shoulders and said the police were notified but he kept coming back.a week agoIt’s a typical McDonald’s, clean and orderly, food is as expected. Most orders come from the drive-through at this store. The staff politely helped a person who appeared homeless when I was there in the late afternoon.3 weeks agoI had a receipt with a code for buy one get one free. All I wanted was two bacon cheeseburgers. They made me pay an extra four dollars for bacon on both burgers. I’m never coming back. I have continually been disappointed by this McDonald’s and I can see that nobody really cares therea month agoSince they built the new place, the drive thru is always busy. Way too busy for me.So I got the app. Now I can order before I get there, pull in to one of the numbered spots, enter the number in the app, and they bring the food to my car (until 9 pm). You also get points for free food when you use the app. Love it! No more confusion at the drive thru speaker about what I’m asking for. No more stop and go, waiting forever for someone to get “special” orders, or deciding who is first in line where the two order speakers merge to 1 lane.
My big complaint is the fries. They’ve sometimes been sitting around a while. McDonalds fries used to be great, but they just aren’t world famous any more. I started to get just the sandwich if I’m taking it home. Sandwich and a drink if not.
I do wish they would bring back that jalapeño cheese sauce burger. I only got to have it 2 times and now it’s gone! Also no more breakfast items after 10:30. I would get their hashbrowns over their fries all day long, but I guess breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns after 10:30 were too much trouble.

Drive thru experience only this first visit. (8/17) Very efficient service. Had a Southwest salad with chicken and it was nice size and tasty. Update 8/29/18 Ate inside this visit. Nice and clean. Had a burger and fries that were standard McDonald’s. Huge line at drive through. It was much faster service inside.
Worst McDonald’s on the planet. The customer service is almost always sub-par. At times, the employee’s are flat-out rude. The gentleman at the drive-thru window was so rude that the last time I visited, I went in to report him. Needless to say, I did not order food from this location. I drove approximately two or
to three miles north to purchase food at a different location.
Have been to this location several times they have always gotten my order correct and I have never had to wait long. One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to
Went through the drive thru about 4pm today. Not even a smile or thank you. Then I took one bite of my $10 Luke warm quarter pounder and see it wasn’t even half cooked. I didn’t bother going back, but would appreciate being contacted for some kind of compensation.
A classic McDonald’s experience that satisfied. I personally really enjoy the Latin style music that I often hear when at this restaurant.
