Spoke nicely but they weren’t all smiles.JASPER however motivated me to give all 5 stars!..A new hire with a GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE and pretty smile the whole time!2 months agoWe waited over 20 minutes and they forgot about us in the drive thru. We paid cash and they never handed us a receipt. They were nice enough to actually finally pay attention to us after we walked in. We are visiting but we aren’t ever returning here.a month agoOrdered a full breakfast to go (Coffee, burritos, two hashbrowns). I recieved only recieved the burritos and coffee after having paid ten dollars. 6 months agoThis by far is one of the best McD’a around or any other fast food places around here. The dining room was immaculate, nice decor and the food was well prepared. Most fast food these days your food comes sloppy and messy.3 months agoTwo lanes. Only one person to take the order though. So if Martha has a whole soccer team to order for, you still need to wait for her to finish. Then I pull forward to order, girl says “Um you didn’t order”, with attitude. Correct, no one took my order, we waited. Attitude. Never mind. This McDonald’s won’t get our little pocket change.10 months agoTalk about enjoying your meal and learning history at the same time. McDonalds is McDonalds, everywhere you go McDonalds is very consistent. Yet this location is so unique I was so entertained by history. Located across from Opryland resort, it’s sets a great vibe with the working jukebox, different styles of guitars and musical instruments and the microphones section all have a history of its own!! Michael is a gem!4 months agoI ordered In the app. I hardly ever eat here at the chain to be more specific. It states order and have a seat, put in your table and we’ll bring it to you. NOPE,109,109,109!,.. 109!!! 109.. .. so I get up, go show the lady. The directions. “Oh we don’t have time for that”, bit you do have time to holler 6x, and then stand and wait on next order, BTW I didn’t get my sauce I ordered either. Yep, I remember why I don’t eat here,but I was tired and nothing else close. Got a double quarter meal BTW w what was supposed to be tea… 109 !

Was not offered a receipt for my purchase. Asked for one and was told they couldn’t provide one unless I waited. Then found bone in a mcnugget and now have no way to register a complaint because I don’t have an order number… I can’t even confirm they charged me for the right order. Highly sus
Convenient location to the airport.
Came through about 6am on 5/28/22. Ordering experience was confusing due to the order taker. Cashier was super nice. I ordered a breakfast burrito, a hash brown, and an orange juice. The orange juice was super watery, and the breakfast burrito was so hard only a little bit of the middle was even edible. The hash brown was fine.
The drive-through, in store pick-up, and table serve times are great. They could use some improvements on curbside deliveries. Their staff is friendly and respectful an usually gives a smile. Personal I think they’re wonderful people, who at times can make a mistake on orders, but strive for quality service and food. Their morning hours like 3-5:30am are closed hours or system resets so if trying to get food at those times probably should try else where.
I was very impressed by this location. The workers were so fast. I ordered breakfast at the kiosk, and the moment I paid and walked to the counter, they already had my food bagged up and ready to hand to me they are very hard working I’ve been to quite a few locations where I’ve waited almost 20 mins for food but this one had their stuff together.
Everytime I come to this McDonald’s they forget something or they give me the wrong food or drinks. I just came back cause it’s the only on close to my house and they left my fries out how you do that when all 5 of the things I ordered was combos. Then they sold me a disgusting Dr pepper. And my sandwich was so dry like the meat and condiments was cold when it went on my sandwich. Also what happened to the salads dang. 🙄
