*I’ve updated my rating as the claims center was able to reimburse me for the loss. I understand mistakes happen and appreciate that they processed my claim and refunded me.

I have used this store many times as I have found the customer service to outweigh the additional costs compared to USPS. I recently tried to send out a package to a relative. I received an email from UPS stating there was an issue with the address the was submitted by UPS. I tried calling the number provided multiple times and it just spins you through the usual automate messages. Told my package had an address issue but couldn’t actually talk to anyone about it. I tried calling this store and was told they couldn’t help once the package left as they are independently operated. They gave me the same phone number I have been trying to call saying that I could call that number to speak to someone. Never could figure that out. The package got returned to the store. I was told since I confirmed the incorrect address they type in that I was at fault and would have to pay to ship it again. Convenient system to never have to admit fault or provide customer service. The address I had written on the package was correct but the employee didn’t type in the street correctly. It was an incredibly frustrating process with no customer support and clearly no compassion for the customer when an error is made. Disappointing customer service.

Levi helped me get my Laptop sent in for repair. My set up was going to be insufficient so paying to make sure it gets done right is worth it. Levi was patient and made sure my laptop was secure for transport. Thanks again Levi!

Service was a bit slow but it wasn’t necessarily their fault one seemed to be the manager and one seemed to be a trainee. Other than that things went fine I got my package out. I wouldn’t recommend going around 4:30 to 5:00 on a weekday as seven people piled up behind me in line when I left

I had to send a box to my employer. They emailed me a paid label so I could return it via UPS. I do not have a printer so I went to the store after someone told me they could print the label there for a fee, I was fine with that. Employees were not friendly or helpful. They saw the label and said it needed to be emailed to them, employee took my phone to email it to the store, I thought he was just looking at the barcode on the label or something but he did NOT communicate what he was actually doing on my phone. Then passed it back to me and said he just sent the email to the store (I could have done that but ok) then after a minute checked a computer in the back and said the email wasn’t there. He moved on to help others (I had already been waiting 20 minutes) but wanted to be patient. My phone signal was fine and my email box said sent. Another employee then jumped into help because he was already helping someone else and checked the email and said “nope we dont have it” . Then just stared at me waiting for me to leave. I asked them to check one more time to see if they received my email for the label to send my package but nothing. They acting like it was my phone issue… it wasnt. I just had to leave because they couldn’t do anything. This was a horrible experience. I will use any other carrier but UPS.

Well-run store. Sees a lot of business of all kinds. I’ve been scanning, faxing, e-mailing, printing and notarizing a wide range of documents over the last several months. Every time a success. Thanks team. Thanks Levi.

  1. I just moved to Colorado Springs and I was doing some research on places on where for my mail to be received. Being that I moved from Tennessee, I was expecting the same level of knowledge and service due to being a bigger city. However, that is where it stops, I suppose. After calling around a few places, I was led to believe this UPS Store # 6346 didn’t nickle and dime you for every little thing. I asked on the phone if there were any fees for storing. I got mixed results and didn’t really get a clear and transparent answer. I figured going in person, everything would be solved without worry. However, you will be wrong if you thought that.

Once I came in person, I mentioned I wanted a small box, which the price would be $192.00, plus a $27 initial set-up fee. (which includes a Mailbox key fee, access code fee, and other feels associated with opening your Mailbox) I thought that was the end of all the fees since I would be renting a mailbox from the UPS Store. I asked two of the employees on 7-Oct-21 around 3:30 p.m. if there are any fees associated with if you are gone oversees for a couple of months. Their answer, “We don’t have much storage space so we are not sure but you have to ask our manager for the proper response.” Instead of wasting my time and coming into the store, shouldn’t they have told me this from the beginning instead of wasting my time and theirs?

After thoroughly inspecting the contract before signing, I found a clause in it that stated, “Packages not picked up within 7 days of notification will be subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per day per package.” This essential meant if you went out of town for work, vacation, oversees, they would royally screw you and rob you blind. I thought the $192 price, plus the set-up fee was the ending of the fees and such.

I cannot recommend this business if you are setting up a new mailbox, especially if you will be gone for over 7 days due to work, vacation, and such. It seems they will charge you a fee for every day per package. I would love if the owner would fix this issue within the contract since I’ve seen other UPS Stores really take care of their customers individually depending on their needs. Since the ____ (blanks) on the contract are able to be tweaked and edited, the employees in the store could have helped me out or at least called the owner to make things right. It just seemed the employees either didn’t care, didn’t know or was like whatever.

Attached with this 1 star review is the contract with my information blocked out with the highlighted things you need to look at before signing the contract. I made sure to read the contract thoroughly before not signing it. That is when I decided to leave and go to another UPS Store that really took care of me. For anyone else reading this, please be sure to read any and all contracts and be on the look out if the price is too good to be true. Sometimes businesses will try to nickle and dime you to make up for the money they would have made if they overcharged you.

  2. I stopped into this USPS store today and Jennifer was very professional to work with. I found her to be knowledgeable and efficient with my shipping and packing needs. Jennifer was also courteous and patient while handling my needs during our transaction. My visit was quick, non-problematic, and pleasant.

  3. Very disappointed horrible customer, did not like that I had to translate for friend. Charged me for fax before trying to send $13 I should have been put back on my bank card. That’s Theift according to the law. I been coming her since you opened but doubt I’ll ever come back again. Go to Texas or Florida is you want to be wrong by people. Sad Sad

  4. I came in to have multiple posters printed and the employee helping me was very sweet and quick to get them printed for me. I had trouble emailing the files to them but they were patient with me and kind through the whole process. This is a very nice store!

  5. I accidentally came across this ups store and I am SOO HAPPY that I did!! Hands down the best store in town!! Jennifer is always so sweet and nice. I find myself looking forward to seeing her every week when I have to drop off our outgoing orders. Highly recommend this store to everyone 😁 THANK YOU JENNIFER, YOU ROCK!
