Very large supermarket. The only reason I didn’t offer a 5 star rating was no pharmacy inside the store like Tesco, They offer a very large number of choices on their food items, including some items normally very hard to find. It was difficult to find employees for assistance at times. Additionally, they are very reasonable priced on the products. I used a cashier to check out, and she was a rock star employee . Wish I had gotten her name – she deserves the accolade. I would recommend just for the experience.

Always well stocked and with advantage of having Argos/ Habitat on site. Love the sushi counter and a good bakery too. Ample space, never feels too crowded…

A large supermarket with convenient access located in the heart of the city. easy and convenient to buy high-quality, affordable products. a bit bigger than nearby Waitrose, and has the advantage of being able to access a variety of items.

    It’s a shopping experience I don’t want to miss anymore….

I’m shopping at Sainsbury’s as long I can think back. There have been stores I liked and got my favourite main grocery source. But this superstore is in a class on its own. Perfect size, very good and easy to reach by public transport. I can add the weekly shop on my way home from work.

The clothing, habitat and Argos option in the store really are making this necessity of food shopping to so much more.

Absolutely disgusting. Spoke to a manager about selling out of date products. Trying to insinuate that I didn’t know. The packing code is the date. It’s the 9 August and they are selling items for 7 and 8 August. Told me to take photos.

They’ll do anything to cut a few more jobs. They’ve removed all humans from checkout and removed 20 self checkout spots too. Lines of 50+ are the new normal. Wont ship here until this is fixed.

Wearing their poor remaining employees down and making it even harder for disabled or elderly people to shop. They’ve now gotten rid of the actual checkouts, and have this catastrophe called “trolley checkout”. It’s constantly blocked because many who were relying on human interactions to do their shopping are now having to struggle with a self checkout. The store is worse for it, and another bit of humanity has been lost. All just to cut the cost just a few employees, an absolute drop in the bucket of the sainsbury’s wallet. Nectar card, and the personal data scraping it requires, is now necessary to get normal prices on many products. Absolutely despicable corporate behaviour and profiteering while we’re all struggling with costs.

If you want to use a manned till this is not the sainsburys for you, the checkout queue is long with a lot of self checkout machines prone to errors. Upside the food is so fresh its still growing… it may be mold.

Since lockdown no fish or meat counter. I can’t stand fresh meat in plastic packaging. I won’t even go now as very hard to find a non self service till open. Downfall of Camden Sainsbury’s in my eyes and many of my friends and colleagues.

The stores are known for their quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure convenience for their customers, Sainsbury’s has established specific operating hours that are consistent across most of their locations.

  • Most Sainsbury’s stores operate between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. These extended hours allow customers to shop at their convenience, whether it be early in the morning or in the evening.
  • On Sundays, Sainsbury’s stores typically have slightly reduced opening hours, usually from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. This allows for a more relaxed shopping experience on the weekends, giving customers ample time to browse and make their purchases.

  1. Sainsbury’s offers a delightful shopping experience with its vast product range and excellent customer service. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A reliable choice for quality groceries and household essentials.

  2. Nice parking area unfortunately there is always a Mercedes idiot that is blind and can’t find car bay
    Pathetic

  3. My pals local supermarket and quite simply one of the best. Very reliable 10/10 and VERY BIG! Tills can be crazy at times, feels like a maccies rush almost. Well done staff for managing it well.

  4. Large supermarket close to the city. Excellent transport links but most importantly a large car park for shoppers, 90min free parking.

The front of the store has been redesigned and the car park is now on one level in the front of the store. The store is good size with all the usual products, lots of self checkouts but the end of the queue is awkwardly positioned and you can’t always tell when a checkout is empty.
There is an Argos collection point insid. There are toilets for customers.
