Whenever we do migrations from new customers hosts it just underlines how much better your offering is. I hesitated to migrate my sites because of all the stress it might cause. I had two pre-move phone calls with Krystal and was assured it was relatively painless.I made the move about six months ago and the migration was painless and the support amazing. Since then the support has continued to be five star, plus, plus. The support team does go above and beyond what would be normal, and the help that is given is quick, concise and the team are always ready explain in detail if I don’t understand.

I run 2 charity websites and renewal time is coming. I went onto the chat with a very helpful Nikol who understood the issues. A solution was quickly found and I will be renewing for 2 years. I have found the service always very good and everything runs without a hitch. Not the cheapest for sure, but very good to deal with. Thanks guys!
The support is brilliant. Almost instant. I am not Tech Savvy and have learning difficulties but the support is wonderful, world beating. No waiting hours on hold or having to wait a week for an email response only to be asked to clarify your problem, or being passed from department to detpartment and getting nowhere.
The site is easy to use, the products don’t break the bank, why go anywhere else?
