a week agoAlways find good selections here. Good size and availability with friendly staff. The lines always move quickly4 months agoI love this store BUT I have a big gripe. ROSS – PLEASE DO NOT put price stickers on the shoe. I bought a fantastic pair of White Mountain Cliffs sandals. They are fantastic, comfortable and the price unreal!! Happy as anything but every time I walk in them I hear a sticky noise as I lift my foot because there was a tag where my heel would go. The material was suede and it left a bad mark on the shoe. I hope Ross reads these reviews. As for the shoe, fantastic . As for the store itself and the merchandise, wonderful clothing and great choices. Better than any Ross I have been in. The only reason it wasn’t a five star is because of the sticker which seriously took me about 40 minutes to get off.a month agoThe whole store is cluttered and the sizes arent matching the hangers in the men’s section at least so ensure your checking the actual clothes. I did some good pieces and a wallet and the cashier’s aren’t bitter as hell and quick in spite of it being so few of them . The best time to shop is 10am to noon3 months agoBig store, full of good options for creams, clothes, shoes, house products etc. The problem is the organization is not great, making shopping experience more difficult. You need time, patient and luck to fond what you are looking for. Clothe pieces many times are not on the right place for the size or not even with the right size-tagged hanger. Given the size and the huge inventory of the store, it is hard to tell if the mess is store’s or visitor’s fault.

a month agoThe difference between 3 and 4 ⭐ is the non-availability of cashiers and the atmosphere. Each of the handful of times that I’ve visited this location, the lines of customer traffic has been epic. And as this store appears to be greater than 20 to 30 years old, the atmosphere is dated. Other than that, the store stays well-stocked and relatively clean. 3.25 out of 5.a month agoThe pros and cons of this store. Pros: This location has improved with inventory from years ago. Selection can be good to great sometimes. Great finds from time to time. I’m hoping I see another difference by the holiday season because I stayed away from this location for over a decade until recently. Cons: Not enough cashiers. The manager is typically slow to call for backup or they are understaffed, which wouldn’t help any manager and, therefore, not entirely their fault. The cashiers who are there are impatient or don’t want to assist, which is understandable if you need a price check/tag and there’s a long line. The environment is still the same, meaning the population of folks who frequent this store may make your shopping experience horrible. A few months ago, a shopper attempted to fight a cashier. Two weeks ago, a young adult male and female were either shopping or shoplifting but were causing commotion/distraction by swearing at each other in convo but within earshot of my child….a month agoThe selection of items are always nice. Got the cutest sneakers from there. The line was long but the cashier’s were so fast that they got everyone out in a timely fashion. People are always making returns!” I literally just looked and paid. I had my receipt. How hard was it to scan the receipt and the item to return and the new items I purchased. I truly enjoyed the selection and didn’t even mind the long line, BUT her comment really made this experience horrible.

I love shopping at Ross. The clothing selection is wonderful, you never know what you’re going to find. The only drawback to the clothing is if you find something you really like and it doesn’t fit you, you may not be able to find same item in the size you want. But, the selection is so great you will find something you like in your size. The odds and ends at the back of the store are an eclectic array of items. When looking for Toys for my grandson I could always find something that he would like. I even occasionally pick up art supplies there.
First time shopper at this location. When I arrived, a gentleman greets you with this disturbing tone that could be heard throughout the store. Need to soften his approach.
Shoes were disheveled on shelves and shoe sizes were mixed up. Take your time looking for what you want. No pride in its appearance. Clothing on racks were okay. Fitting room was fine. Female employee in this area was helpful.
My biggest concern and complaint was the long and ridiculous check out line. When I say it took me 45 minutes to an hour to reach the register, I’m not kidding. I went on a Thursday afternoon and it felt like this was the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve. There is no separation of a customer service line from those wanting to a make a regular purchase. So if you want to return a purchase, you’re gonna have to wait in the line along with others.
Whoever the manager or managers are, are to blame for this lack of time efficiency. This is equivalent to a MVA line when going regarding your driver license and I mean it. Although they had plenty of cashiers to ring up purchases, there was no sense of urgency or order. Management: PLEASE FIX THIS.
Even went back for a return and saw the monstrosity of a line again and turned back around. I thought I was the only one who had this impression of my shopping experience, until I read some reviews.
It’s unfortunate that Management doesn’t take the time to read their reviews, respond to their reviews and make adjustments. I blame Management.
Although my entire experience wasn’t bad, that check out line is enough of a deterrent for me to NEVER go back to this location.

I always go to that store to buy some clothes and kitchen stuff but from now on I will stop going that store because, every time I go to that store the managers always follow me like I steal something from the store especially if you spend more than $400 ($600) on shopping they think you can’t afford to pay for the items you have.When you ask them to use a restroom they will never allow you to use the restroom. Sometimes I go to the next store Marshall to use a restroom when they refused but Marshall never refused their restroom.They have the worst managers ever very unprofessional, managers see you like your not welcome to that store. If you planning to shop that store please don’t go If you go you will leave the store unhappy.
Picked up some new shoes and clothes real quick for under 80 bucks.
Always understaffed. The line moves slow and is wrapped around the store regardless what day or time you come.
