2 years agoThis Ross is a very big store at this location and you can find lots here. But when you go on the weekend you can see almost many things are gone. So I would always recommend to go on a weekday so that get lots and lot. I just love the collections of Ross always. You get completely new stuffs in a very cheap price .There is a huge parking space and it’s inside a complex surrounded by many other stores. I always love the home decor items from them.
2 months agoWent to the Ross in willowlawn, Richmond. I took a few dresses for fitting. I selected two and brought other ones and the hangers outside to handover. The person who manages the fitting room was so rude to me. She told me to put all the clothes back on the hangers and she supervised me while I was doing. She also was throwing me instructions and made me redo. Even the two I selected she made me put them on the hangers and then allowed me to get out. She was treating others the same. She was talking to people joking while we are doing her job. I have never been treated like this anywhere else I shopped so far.3 months agoJust left this Ross location – it’s been a while since I’ve been to this one and it was a horrible experience. I used to love this store! They always have such great deals. But right now, they’re clearly struggling. The store floor was littered with trash including pieces of candy on the ground; it looked like a hurricane had hit the store- nothing on shelves was folded, everything was chaotic and merchandise was strewn about randomly everywhere on the floor. Complete chaos! As my husband and I were browsing, a HUGE cockroach scurried across the aisle. We left immediately. Someone from Ross corporate needs to look into this store and improve the location. Clearly short staffed as well as the line to check out was at least 10 customers deep.2 months agoThe staff closed the store early tonight. The doors are locked and it’s not closing time. I see three people that registers.a month agoI really like this store in Richmond, VA. They have so many name brands for half the price or less than a mall!! So many cool items you wouldn’t find at a regular store!

2 weeks agoGreat collection, but the staff who was billing, Ms. Adriana was extremely rude! She acted like she was doing me a favour by letting me pay for something at her amazing store! I will definitely not be coming here again even though I love the collection, only and only because of her. And I will definitely tell all my friends to not come here either.3 months agoHi,Horrible, rude and racist person calling herself manager. I was at Ross last Friday, 14th of July, 2023 around 7pm to return one item of $ 7,- . I shop at Ross for more than 20 years and my family as well and I used to recommend Ross to my friends. Facing a bad experience with that bad person so called manager. With the receipt and the tag and as I paid cash in the first place, I asked her to return it with cash , she said no and insisted not to, even though, I tried to explain to her that try first the system, it will help you or ask someone else or the manager and then she was like smiling with humiliation and told me, she is the manager and if I don’t want the store credit. She said , go to another store without any shame. You can check the camera footage. I told her that I used to shop at Ross before they made a mistake and hired you because you are chasing people from the store and you wanted to make people hate this store. I had the intention to buy some stuff that day after the return transaction and because of her , I took back that item and left. Please do investigate as I can’t accept the humiliation. 3 months agoI shopped there on 6/13/2023. I found some nice bargains. I went to the register only to wait over 30 minutes. One cashier for customer service, one tagging clothes and one checking customers out. Oh and one sitting at the register repricing. It was ridiculous. Person in front of me left. I then had enough and put all of my things back where I picked them up from and walked out the door. Outside was a normal day but inside line was like black Friday5 years agoNot a great variety of women’s clothes but the store was well organized, staff was helpful and it was a bigger store as well. Plenty of stock, more than enough stuff for me to choose from. Fitting rooms were clean and organized too. Very impressed.
I would have spent half my paycheck had I scanned the home good aisle but I was wise enough to just hit the clothing section and call it a day.

My Cashier Breyana was AMAZING. This isn’t the first time she’s helped me & she never fails to seem to be the most courteous employee in the store at all times. 10/10. And on top of that, she is always positive and lively… and of course, the prices are astounding.
