4 weeks agoI had a fantastic shopping experience at this clothing store! I scored some good shirts for just 8 dollars each, and their prices are incredibly affordable. Warning though, it’s easy to get lost in their selection that what should have been an hour shopping spree turned into 5 hours of browsing lol. So, plan accordingly! Get in and get out. Most stores have a big men’s section to there clothes. They usually at least go up to 4X. Other than that this store seemed well stocked and decently clean.2 years agoI always find great little surprises here. Nice variety of home and housewares. The store is usually pretty clean and the prices are fantastic. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to spruce up your home with quality items at a reasonable price. They also have womens, mens, and childrens clothing. Bargain priced baby items at a incredible price.3 weeks agoStore is decent enough, but my fiancé had a negative experience with the fitting room attendant tonight (9/27/23 around 7:30), coming off with an attitude when my fiance is telling her how many outfits she’s holding, then sulks and rolls her eyes when she returns all the outfits she picked out that didnt fit right on her. I wish I had her name, all you have to do is stand there and organize clothes, wow so hard.

5 months agoIt was interesting to visit this store in the Orlando area. It was very packed with items, plenty of customers interacting and pursuing their choices of what was available and I can see how people would come here. Quality fare at fair prices and you may find some diamonds in the rough when it comes to higher end pieces.3 months agoWorst experience at a Ross by far. Had to try on clothes at the dressing room and made it all the way to the entrance before the fitting room attendant could say anything. I was apparently supposed to hang up the items for her to perform a cavity search. Okay… I’ve never had that happen to me at the numerous Ross’ I’ve been to. That wasn’t the issue though, the issue was not telling me what to do when I approached the fitting room and letting me make it all the way the fitting entrance before saying something and then wanted to catch an attitude with me by saying “well the sign says it” in a snippy attitude. THEN OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND COMMUNICATE THAT. Stop tagging the clothes, look UP and say something.Fitting room was dirty and had hair balls and dust in the corner. Only 1 cashier was working and the line became long. Someone wanted a purse and it took them forever to assist that person (they had to ring the button twice). Customers need to be the first priority and everything should come after that.
Had an issue in the past with a rude cashier at this Ross. Seems like it’s just poorly managed. Avoid this Ross if you want a pleasant time shopping because you won’t get that here.
3 years agoYou can definitely find good deals here. The store is large but seemed empty. Maybe because of the holiday. The store is getting a little run down and always seems dirty. Unique accent furniture pieces, and a wide variety of seasonal decor, kitchenware and assortment of colognes & perfumes. Clothing and shoe options vary, small male selection of clothing, virtually no small men’s attire. Housewares & Domestics Department usually unkempt, expect to wait in long lines, and often times unfriendly personnel. If you are looking to save a buck on home accents, great place to check out.a month agoGiving 2 stars because of the decent selection of merchandise. This place needs a good cleaning and an attitude adjustment from their employees.

A very convenient location , parking is available near by or opposite to store there is big paid parking. Looks small outside but the store is relatively big when compared to many Ross. Well organized , clean store and many collections. Price is as usual within in the range of Ross store. But I felt the quality of the items is bit less than compared to any suburbs store. But the collection itself is huge then other. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We were the last when checking out and they stayed patiently. One star is reduced due to the dressing room is closed on mens section. Not sure about the women’s section.
Really disappointed ☹️ I’ve never had a problem here before today! It’s a great location and the staff have always been kind. I think I caught someone on a bad night though. I went in to make a return, the tag was still on and I had the receipt. The cashier scanned the receipt and said that the tag didn’t match. I’m positive that this is the receipt from the purchase but I ask if there’s a way she could maybe scan the tag to lookup the purchase that way? She’s very angry with me at this point. She scans the tag and said it doesn’t match the receipt. I was ready to just cut my losses and leave when she rips the tag off of the jacket (making it fully non-returnable) and starts screaming at me that they don’t sell that brand in their store, that I’m a liar and that they’ll be checking their cameras for me and making sure I don’t come back. 🥴
There isn’t as much to shop for as it used to be. The staff is very helpful and I did get to purchase several items that I needed. I’d shop there again as the prices are good 👍🏿
The worst Ross store ever! First u have to find parking very expensive! Depending on where u parked u have to walk to get the store and during ur walk all u smell is piss🤮🤮🤮 Once I got to the store the piss smell was inside the store I kept walking to get away from the smell,but it’s everywhere! Big store not organized at all the selection of clothes are so poor! Save urself the time and money not go here it’s a waste of time. I didn’t have a choice for the one star. I wouldn’t give one star if I had the choice!
not a great vibe here. i asked someone to unlock a book bag to purchase, and it seemed the person was doing everything she could to not have to deal with me. they kept asking if there was a button to press to ask for help, which there wasn’t. when a manager called workers to the register, a worker shouted a smart remark about the person being in the bathroom. i asked two others to unlock the bag and it seemed no one was coming to help so I just left.
