7 months agoI searched for a Dollar Tree that was close to the hotel I was staying at. I wanted to see what cotton yarn they had, they had all the colors that I wanted plus a new brand of pots and yarn I had not seen before. I was excited to get what I needed, and I saw a lot more that they have for Easter and other events. The store was clean inside and they had enough cashiers to make check out fast and smootha month agoI’ve been going there for years one lady that works there is prejudiced against native American and Mexican-American what do the complaint to manager what is she always going out one person and not the other when they come in with a backpack to only one set of people and they left other ones go in with backpack at the same time. Don’t care if she’s prejudiced but not good for business profiling race company store no room for racism in a company you will lose business this way.a year agoAmazing job by Debbie! Customer service was superior. Felt like I was a valued person part of the community. Big difference from the last dollar tree I shopped at.Debbie even took the time to set boxes aside for customers that requested out, cutting down on our dependence of useless plastic bags. What an amazing form of character to go out of her way. Shame on dollar tree though for not even been in the system… So many corporations are behind. They just recycle the boxes outback. Consider letting customers use them! Be part of the solution, not the problem dollar tree. Make America beautiful again like Debbie!
2 months agoThis store needs better management! The bathrooms don’t work, employees and customers have to walk to near by store. And the AC hasn’t worked in 4 months! The little ladys the do work there have little fans on them, but thats not enough! It was so hot while shopping!6 months agoThis Dollar Tree store is a good one. I can’t take any stars off! I can tell staff works hard to put out all of their stock. That’s what keeps me coming back. Yea it can be messy, but that’s ok. I respect the work it takes to keep this store going. And am satisfied with their variety, so I’m happy to help keep it going too. 🙂

It’s my go to for gift wrapping materials, bows, ribbons, holiday cards, stickers, kids fidget & sensory toys. I love finding gems like the rose Vaseline mini tub, Elf makeup, goody hair stuff, dental floss, ect. Epic as usual I found so many artist supplies canvases I want canvases so bad and there they are just all the canvases I want for a dollar so many things and X-Acto knife set little glass storage jars stacking clear drawers oh geez so much I spent so much money because I had to it was all stuff I need it badly
I love Dollar Tree, I wish we had more than one in town. I love the awesome seasonal items, the low price let’s me change out my decorations any time I change my mood, or with every single holiday.
My wife and sister in law loves this store. A lot of great stuff, at a good price so far. As long as they keep prices down. ?
The manager here is the worst kind of human I have ever met. I heard her cussing at her staff and some vendors in the store simply because “I’m the manager”. Yes, she said that. She actually said she didn’t have to help put items away or organize things because “I’m the manager” as if that makes her immune to having to work. While delegation is a key responsibility of a manager, so is the willingness to get in there with your team and get the work done together so that it does in fact get done. I just can’t believe there is such a despicable person in this town… where does this sense of superiority come from?! If I were the regional manager, I would seriously have to have a conversation with the staff to see if this is a continual pattern.
“They didn’t have much on the shelves….& my cashier Catilyn wasn’t very helpful nor friendly. Plus the selves were pretty empy…there was Christmas items on the back of the store. What really made me unhappy as one sales associate was looking for another associate drink!!. Not a very nice atmosphere. Will call Dollar Tree customer service in the morning. Sunday..10-8-23.”.
