3 months agoToday I was in the store buying balloons and the manager, her name is Faya, insulted me and yelled at me in front of many customers because she wanted me to take the balloons that she wanted, not what I wanted to buy and someone did not sell me the balloons. yelled at the cashier a very racist and despicable person with a stinking vocabulary.4 months agoThis is a pretty good location with lots of options. We enjoy coming here but it isn’t always orderly and the lines can be pretty long. Don’t come here in a rush.2 years agoNot enough employees at the Checkout line, usually takes 10 to 15 minutes out the door.Hopefully they can improve the efficiency in the future. 🙏
2 months agoUm when I came in I saw a rude cashier and didn’t like it but then we got a little of stuff like makeup but some of the customers were MEAN so just the stuff is good not the service.2 months agoThe store was extremely dirty and unorganized. I walked in and walked back out. The windows were dirty and there was trash on the floor. I just couldn’t.

a month agoNo matter what day I go into this store, it never looks clean and in order. People stealing, eating the chips and candies, not enough employees, and when they have two or three, they are so Lowd and not professional. Is better to go to the one in Rose Hill. For sure you don’t step on the items. I was in there yesterday 9-02-23 and only One Employee as a cashier and with a very very long line. I felt sorry for him as a cashier also that I am. This store as never look good, it was a good idea for a Dollar store here, but not for it looking like a rundown store. that’s why people treat it anyhow. You need employees that care for their jobs and also very firm Bosses that cares as well. Thank you. and that is why I rate you with ONE STAR.11 months agoI knew it smelled off as soon as I came in and now I know why! This place is INFESTED with mice! I actually saw a mouse during my visit! Droppings are everywhere!!! They have traps all over the floors “hidden” under the shelves. Nothing food related is on any of the bottom shelves but that doesn’t matter, droppings are on the top shelves too. Please get an exterminator and just start all over!!!a year agoThe MOST junkiest, filthest, nastiest Dollar Tree. And it smells awful! Unbelievable!8 months agoAlthough I’m a frequent shopper at the dollar tree, I’m shocked at the state of disarray this store is in. In fact, I’m not sure how this place hasn’t been flagged by the health department.6 months agoI came in and saw Mr. Wilson stocking and tending to addressing a holiday endcsp. I had to stop him and commend him for the stores appearance. He was working diligently and in all areas. When the line got too long he even stopped what he was doing and took on the register to help out. He is an asset to that store. People are so lazy and do the bare minimum. His work ethic was superior. You can tell he cared about his job and it shows when you walk in the store. I had to take my time and leave a review just so his management could see that he is definitely a hard worker. He needs to be future management! His ethic can not be taught.

Great selection. They added some awesome stuff. I went today they didn’t have the single acrylic drawer. I hot glue two or three together and put my lippies in there. Today they had a different kind of storage. I was pleasantly surprised to find John Frida wonder drops hair mask! And this location Carries a blonde shampoo!! And I found a wet n’ wild lip scrub for $1.
More and more often, this store looks like a hot mess. Today, stick in boxes was sitting everywhere, stuff was all over the floor, so many things were sold out. And, the cashier put frizen stuff with bread, on top of the bread, chemicals with food, cold things with non food items, here there and everywhere even though I put them on the belt together. And he never moved the belt up to allow you to put thing up for scanning. I had to ask twice….
Over all experince is good just started to be stocked agian. It’s a pretty good spot for snacks, drinks, and last minute purchases. The closing cashiers are pretty good.
Items are now $1.25.But prices have gone up on everything. It is clean and organized. It is on the bigger side so there a lot of options. Parking is a bit of a mess because it is next door to PetSmart. But overall the store is one of the best Dollar trees I have been too.
Good store for small things. Great cashiers. Get you through the line with a smile 😃
