4 months agoBought my children each a pair of flip flops, however they’re made small and didn’t fit them. I didn’t keep the receipt but all remained in the original bag with tags and hangers. I go to exchange, and was told no because they need a receipt and they’re is nothing they can do without it. Makes no sense being they still have the exact sandles and for the same price (like nearly everything else in the store). Even showed my online transaction, of course it didn’t make a difference.3 weeks agoShawntay is the center piece of the store. Please give her a raise. Companies like this are only successful because of people like her, who smile day in and day out making the customers feel special and cared about. 3 months agoI don’t know why dollar tree hires this kind of employees . The girl over here keeps on gossiping with the co workers and keep ignoring the customers. I’ve waited for 10mins long and I’m running late to my work, but this woman keeps on gossiping after ringing up single product , this is ridiculous and un acceptable, this is not the way to treat the customers.3 weeks agoDO NOT GO HERE. Staff are blatantly and unnecessarily rude to customers, as if they are purposefully trying to get people to leave. I asked for balloons and they wouldn’t even check to see if the one on the wall was available. I don’t need this place. It’s also difficult to even get into the parking lot.Instead, go to the one in Beaver Creek Commons just 10 minutes down the road. It’s always well stocked and the staff there are nice and helpful.
5 months agoVery very rude staff. Asked to use the bathroom because it was an emergency. They said I need to ask the manager for the key. Don’t know if it was the manager or not but she said they can’t use it for customers even when I said it was an emergency. So I had an accident and messed all over myself. A key should be sufficient to let customers use the bathroom. But to not even allow them to use, the key is insensitive and cruel. Thank you for letting me experience some thing so humiliating.3 months agoIf I could give it a negative 0, I would because the manager in that store is the worst. I firmly believe that she is part of the reason why they can’t keep employees in there because she is very unprofessional7 months agoThis store is always short staffed. My last visit, the cashier was very rude. I greeted her with a good morning, how are you? She responded seconds later with “I’m good”. She never gave me my total- i just inserted my card. She handed me my receipt and that was all. (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS)In the past when I have shopped there, she is always on her phone in front of customers. And she always has a rude demeanor. I will take my business somewhere else.

Visited Saturday 1/26/2019: This place is such a horrific mess. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed. The photos only tell a small story. There was broken glass and liquids all over the floor. Long lines stretching to the back of the store. It is clear, this is a mismanaged Dollar Tree location. Close this place down and clean it up. These conditions could pose liability risks.

Dollar Tree has become my favorite store, and I anxiously await my next visit.
I really don’t appreciate being discriminated against & harassed by the one & only sorry employee that y’all had in the store smh. The mf was standing next to me and my kids the whole time I was in the store and even FOLLOWED ME to the REGISTER while watching me like a hawk trying to make sure I paid for everything. I work hard for my money and am very offended that because I walked into this establishment dressed down with my head wrap on I was profiled and assumed as a thief smh I will not be coming back to this location ever and will be spreading the word to everybody I know and others to do the same. It makes no sense that me & my children came to enjoy our evening and give our business to this store when we could have went ANYWHERE else and left feeling uncomfortable having been harassed and accused of such a thing for no good reason. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with the state.
The store was so cluttered with inventory not put up .my solid advice hire more employees to get the shelves stocked . The store employees deserve better and we as customers deserve a well stocked store
One of the best dollar trees! This is hard to find. This location is quiet and clean and it’s employees were nothing but polite and respectful. Great customer service. It was overall a very calm and enjoyable shopping experience.
