This place isn’t bad. They put towels out again, so that is nice. They also have restrooms. They used to do bottles of glass cleaner but people kept stealing them so they no longer offer that.

Some of the vacuums don’t have great suction so I have had to move around a few times. The floor mat cleaner isn’t super great, so you may need to run them through a couple of times.

If you use the vending machine for the kits, you will be charged $10, but after about a week they give you back $5 (I don’t like that at all.) You do get a lot of stuff in the kit though. 2 glass cleaners, a microfiber towel. Wipes, and an air freshener.

They have pre wash buckets available before you go through so you can get the bugs off. They regular wash doesn’t seem to get your car completely clean no matter how many times you go through, so I would recommend this.

The staff is always nice and friendly. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars. It’s bc of the staff.

I love my MARC-1 subscription! It is equal to my monthly PANDORA family membership in the level of joy and satisfaction it gives me.

I don’t live in a black-car friendly environment. (Half mile off asphalt county road on a chirt road.). When it’s a wet environment then it’s mud. When it’s a dry environment then it’s major dust buildup especially over the back of the car and the rear windshield. Both make it clear to others that I’m no regular city dweller.

My MARC-1 subscription allows me to quickly run my car through the wash and then I look civilized again!

The vacuums are fantastic as I can keep my floormats and, with the help of the available micro-fiber ‘rags’, I can keep my interior looking and feeling good as well.

I will note that at one point in the past they also provided squirt bottles for use with the ‘rags’. I was told they removed the squirt bottles because people were too cheap to return them when they were through and the bottles just walked off. What is society coming to that people can be that cheap and, frankly, immoral (thieves), to act that way. It is shameful!

I had the best compliment the other day when my granddaughter who is 6 was riding with me in my back seat. Out of the blue she asked, “Grandad, how do you keep your car so clean?’ When she gets older I’ll tell her. I lied to her. So right now she thinks it’s magic!

Still, cudos to MARC-1! They provide a great service and at an affordable price. I’d highly recommend them to you but I am afraid so many of you would start coming I’d have to wait in a long line to wash my car. 😄

Paid $15 to get the tire shine and that was a mistake. It’s so splotchy I’ll have to go home and re-do it. Luckily they had towels to clean the dirt on the back it didn’t remove. But there was no free windex or spray for interior. I didn’t want to drive to hoover for a car wash, but next time I will.

Nicely appointed car wash. Actually washes your car when you go through the car wash, instead of leaving behind pollen and who knows what else!! Tires are shiny. Only issue is several of the vacuums didn’t have enough power to vacuum anything, which is pretty useless.

I have a Club membership with unlimited washes for less than $25. Great value for me as I wash the car 3 to 5 times a week since I am an Uber and Lyft driver.

Usually a great experience. Didn’t check the front of my suv before I left. There was still bug guts and when you pay 45.00 to get it cleaned you would like it completely clean. But the inside was perfect.

They were short handed and very busy. But they did a excellent job on my car at the full service wash. Thanks so much!

I love this car wash and it’s friendly employees. Especially Amanda who always has a smile on her face and does such a good job. I ask for her every time I go.

Very poor service. Took my car in for a wash and my tire was flat after going through the car wash. Management took over 40 minutes to help me. The employees wanted me to just drive my car with a flat. My debit card has been charged multiple times on top of everything else.

Poor customer service, rude employees and a bad wash. Car is still dirty after wash and ended up going to a different car wash.

  1. Price for basic wash has gone up again? No longer offering hand towels for drying? Looks like you now have to purchase a detailing kit via a vending machine for an additional $5 just to dry your car. Time to start looking elsewhere for a car wash or just do it myself at home. I use to consider it a good value. Passing along inflation cost to customers is not the ideal way to retain or gain customers.

  2. I will echo what the last 3 recent reviewers noted. Hey Owner! I understand when prices have to go up (especially these days) but there is a right way to do it. You have our contact information from when we signed up (received numerous texts trying to get me to up my package) yet when you raise the rates your only notification consisted of an inconspicuous sign placed to the side as you exit the wash; are we supposed to brake to read that!? They know many folks won’t catch it for a long time. Not an honest way to do it.

For a place that makes you brush the front of your car rather than the staff doing so, the dryer leaving your car with droplets all over, not having towels or spray cleaner at the vacuum area, the mat cleaner being completely useless and the vacuums with low suction the price you now charge is not reasonable. I’ll gladly use the local place close by on 31 that beats this corporate behemoth in all the areas I listed and at $5 less for comparable packages.

  3. This car wash is horrible. How did I pay $15 for a single car wash and my car looks the exact same as before I arrived. It doesn’t remove any bug guts or old dirt. The only good part of this car wash is the included vacuums because you can do that part yourself. Will not go back. Would not recommend.

  5. They have charged my credit card 6 times for 6 months and I have not been to their car wash not even once. I was told my a manager at the Alabaster car wash that if you didn’t come through in 30 days, they would stop charging your card. I spoke with several people who said they would correct it and credit my account and after a week, some rude guy at their service center called and said they would not be crediting back nothing. I asked for the district manager to call me back and still nothing.
