2 months agoThis is the fastest way to spend your $18 and wish you could have done it yourself with a much better results. They do hand dry your car after you come out of the tunnel but they do better somewhere else in El Camino. What I really don’t like is the way you enter into the car wash machine, you have to make a short left turn and if you have membership subscription, that means you’re coming here more often and I’m afraid you better check your wheel alignment.in the last weekI have taken my car here a couple of times and did an out side wash and they did great. Today I did the outside wash and interior and was not expecting a lot as I have 2 dogs that I regularly have in my car. They have their nose snot on the back windows and hair everywhere. Once they finished, could not see any nose prints anywhere on the windows and all the hair was gone. I was very impressed and will definitely be back for my next wash.a week agoHands down the best car wash service to date! I’ve been when it’s busy and slow and their service doesn’t change. If they have to back up the car wash process to make sure your car is clean before calling the next car forward they will and thats what stands out about them. Their reviews on fast service is quality based not volume based!I’ve been to others that unfortunately rush the process based on the line ahead or aren’t staffed appropriately and here there are plenty of folks at all stations working hard!

4 months agoI did their $45 ultimate. They were fast. However they took my new air freshener and said they don’t know where it went. What a weird experience at a car wash. It’s such a small thing so not a big deal but not sure what else can go missing..4 months agoGreat car detail when choosing both interior + exterior cleaning. Would go again.Probably not worth if you are just looking for outside clean.
EDIT: For exterior car wash, it’s similar to a regular drive through car-wash. I still have many spots on my car after the wash that I have to scrub-off manually.

a month agoNice place for a good hand wash. No rolling brushes to scratch your car but sometimes they rush and miss a whole panel while washing. Summer time is super hot on the blazing sun and if they don’t dry it in time you’ll get some hard water stains. Would be nice if the owner built a shade canopy for their workers and customers cars.6 months agoI always come to wash my car at the Auto Pride car Wash. The staff is always friendly, the store, restrooms and waiting area are always clean. Price is fair, but the service is top notch. One of the managers tried making excuses why the car is poorly cleaned and was talking unprofessionally to my husband, tried to upsale products instead of fixing the issue.
2 months agoSuper disappointed. There were so many dirty spots on my dashboard and floorboard. There also water marks that were left on my windows. I asked to speak to a manager. They sent “Jorge” and he was rude. I was calm and as I was explaining why I was speaking to him. Jorge interrupted me and told me “ I’m not going to make my guys clean every small spot, we are not going to make you happy. You can go to ducky’s.” I did not expect that. I do not recommend this place at all.Update:
I tried this place again just to see if they have improved since the last time I came here. Nope, the service here is still bad and they cut corners. They did not clean the inside of my vehicle. They didn’t even wipe down the door handles from inside or outside of my vehicle. I attached photos and you can see the dusk inside. Again! Do not come here. Go somewhere else.

Purchased the $79.99 Spa Treatment Wash package and cannot believe how clean my car is! It’s spotless. They put leather conditioner on my dash & door panels and vacuumed up all the dog hair! I was out of there in 25mins! Highly recommend!
I spent 85$ on a complete wash, including trunk and mats. In 40 mibutes I recieved a car dirty, with spots and fingers all over the interior . I asked them to fix it. Got an attitude, but they swiped it. Asked them again. I recieved spots in the cars that I did not have before washing it. It was not clean as I was promised. More than that, they used up my windex I kept in the car just in case. If you want to overpay, face rudeness and be asjed to come back for them to redo it and spend another 40 min, you are welcome.
Came here based on the reviews I saw online. They did a great job on the interior but not so much the exterior. I paid for their Spa package about 80+. Not impressed, my car still had visible dirt streaks on it. If I had more time I would have had them run it through again but I was in a rush. I fixed it at home later on with some cleaner. They are better than others around but that isn’t saying much as the other local cat washes are horrible. This place used to be the best around under previous management/ownership. Their unlimited car wash option may be worth it as well it’s unlimited and better than other ones around.
First time I tried this place out. For $40 they clean the inside and out. Well, at least the inside was mostly cleaned. The outside, not so much. The indentations behind the door handles were left with road dust (something a towel can easily wipe off). None of the rims of the doors were wiped down (again, road dust easily removed with a towel). The windshield also wasn’t completely cleaned on the driver’s side, which I didn’t see until it was in direct sunlight.
Honestly, give me a place where you can run your car through the automated wash, and an area with towels and a vacuum provided, and I will gladly pay $20 to wipe down my own car properly. Won’t be coming back here.
I loved how they left my car! I got the interior/exterior wash for $34. They cleaned it hella good! Got in between the land of no return around the seats! The spills and crumbs in the cup holder the dog hair on the seats the dust in the AC vents, steering wheel leather cover was wiped..I was very satisfied and it didn’t take them long at all..like 15mins or less.
