  I came during a busy lunch rush. I placed my order on the app and decided to pick it up inside. While I waited for my food I observed an employee killing the service game! She was running orders outside, answering customer questions, visiting tables, and taking orders at the register(even a few difficult ones). Her sense of urgency was fantastic and she remained customer focused the whole time. As a former restaurant manager I would’ve wanted her on my team! Her name was Quantaz and she deserves some recognition!

  This place is a joke, even by mcdonalds standards. Wait 10 minutes for cold food. Your order will probably be wrong. Good luck getting staff to fix it, they’re sitting in the dining area having foul conversations and complaining about the low pay. Take a look around and it’s obviously a generous sum. Now for the homeless encampment in the store disturbing the staff and guests alike. Try anywhere else

  Never seem to get our orders right. There’s almost always something missing or made incorrectly. Our orders are not crazy complicated either, so I just don’t understand why we keep having issues. We’ve been going less and less and avoiding this location. Went here for the first time in 3 months to try again, and surprise… order not correct

  It seems that they may have hired new staff and managers. The drive-thru service was great from the employees. Very friendly and courteous. I haven’t had issues in the past, but this experience was above and beyond. Pleasant employees make customers want to revisit the establishment.

  I was in the drive-through at 12 AM on August 2 and a very rude and mature man yelled at me and told me that he would never serve me. He was very disrespectful with my children in the backseat and my grand children. I was beyond shocked and all I wanted was happy meals I called and I asked what his name was and they hung up on me again and threatened to call the police. I would like to know his number and his full name because I will not stand by disrespectful little boys, who think they can disrespect elderly’s respect your elders.

  Nice, clean McDonald’s! Friendly and helpful employees. Service with a smile, for real! Don’t bother with the long drive thru lines. Go inside, sit down and enjoy your meal. Remember to finish wish an ice cream cone.

  order through drivethru had to to throw way all the food with buns which was half my order because go to open the wrapper straight out the bag and all the bottom buns are soaking wet for some reason while everything else in the bag was dry. nothing better than trying to feed your children lunch as you can’t because their food is soaked in what you only hope is water, but I didn’t want to test that theory and had to throw it away. if I had the time to go in and ask why I would have but drive thru most the time one is busy and is putting there trust in you to do your job correctly. I also didn’t appreciate the attitude of the little girl in the drive thru taking my order ain’t no reason to raise your voice and cop and attitude when some one asks a simple question of if you have a certain menu item or not. overall 1.5 and that’s just because at least my fries were fresh

  Last night after 11pm. Asked for fries with no salt. They give me cold fries with salt. Asked could we add a sandwich at the window which IS POSSIBLE but was told We’d have to go back through the line. Which i wasn’t going to because they were already moving slow. I’m thinking the line is slow maybe things are going to be fresh which was a negative. Just lazy don’t want to do their jobs. Why give out food YOU wouldn’t even eat? They wouldn’t eat cold soggy fries why give them out?

  08/31/2023 4:30pm I usually don’t dine in but my little one want to go in so we did, the place is nice, but as soon is step in, i know right the way, every step i take my shoe stick to the floor was dirty nasty so sticky everywhere, after paid for order look for table to sit down but every single table was nasty and so dirty. It took 15 minutes to get our food, when to get some ketchup BOTH dispenser are all empty and nasty dirty, at this point i was have enough when to the counter to see if i ca l get ketchup none, and i see 3,4 people are all just stand there talking doing nothing so i dont even asked, just let the kid finishing her meal and on our way. IT is the worse McDonal i have ever been in my life. People are lazy as hell, 3,4 people stand doing nothing while the place look and feel nasty ….That’s it for me .

  Horrible. Sat in the drive-thru waiting to reach the speaker and heard 4 employees hanging out around the door, cursing and loud, telling each other stories of fighting others. Sat behind one car waiting to order for close to 10 minutes before they took his order. Sat at the speaker for 8 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Again, sat behind one car for too long waiting to pay. Finally got to the window! They forgot my drink. Finally got my food! There was no way anything was cooked when I ordered or shortly beforehand. Fries are cold and taste stale and old. I also ordered sauces and didn’t get any. Probably should have said something then, but I just wanted to get home. An overall horrible experience that took over 30 minutes for no reason. There wasn’t a line. I should have gone to one of the other 2 locations around here.
