a month agoTook my car to get washed, have been coming here for a long time since I live in the neighborhood, they did not properly clean, vacuum, or dry the car. I have always recommended everyone this location since the work and price were great but today they really let me down. Inside was not properly wiped down, they didn’t vacuum under the mats, which is a usual for them. They also mentioned that bird poop was “cooked” into the car and that the water stains were not able to be cleaned. For a car wash to tell you that they basically can’t properly wash and clean your car is crazy and obscure. The guy taking the order was very rude, told me I didn’t know what I was talking about since the car was black, and the “cooked” bird poop would damage the car. As someone who works with cars I was just lost for words on how he could say that. I would definitely recommend looking for a different location for your car wash. Especially if you have a black car since they will tell you all sorts of things on why they can’t properly wash your car. Very disappointed.a month agoBest price and beautiful work. Looks like my negative review was Deleted! Well I am not lazy and will do it again to let u guys know that the car that you love could be severely damaged here., like it happened to me on May 26, 2023 . The top of my car was ripped of by dryers and owner clams that it was loose . Don’t play Russian roulette in order to save few bucks . I have been to this car wash numerous times, not a great clean, but you get what you pay for. What I did NOT pay for, however, was getting my car scratched up! When I attempted to contact the only email address I could find, I was told that this establishment is using the name of another company that is pursuing legal action. I have found no way to contact any management. Save your money, time, and frustration— it’s not worth damage to your car that you will have to pay for. Get your car washed somewhere else.
