Evidently people there are amazing! Everything was done quick and professionally. I really wanted to tip them but I was unable. I felt bad! I highly recommend this place.

Thanks Guys.9 months agoNot that great of a wash. Leaves behind a hazy layer of hard to clean dust. 1. Rinse 2. Soap 3. Rinse. Second time I went there, I used a bucket and sponge to do a quick pass and that worked great. Won’t recommend bucket washing during busy time, it’s not allowed here.4 minutes per cycle is a ok amount of time to fully clean a small car.
4 years agoBest self service wash in the area. We all know the drive thru washes with the spinning brushes kill your paint with swirl marks. The pressure washer with soap and water is the best option for cleaning your car without anything touching your paint. Have a game plan when you come here. Use the first 4 minute cycle for only soap and the 2nd cycle for just rinsing with water (need $6 total). If your car is too filthy for just the pressure washer then wash it at home! Also the owner and his son are nice guys and will chat with you. Come early morning or sunset to avoid a line.

So a worker dealing with service when you ask for what service you want wasn’t the best experience I had. He walked away at of nowhere and I didn’t know whether to put my car in park or what. He came back accusing me for not putting the car the way he wanted, and politely I was saying sorry because I didn’t know. He started to move his hands/arm to give the driver behind attention to shame me, which it’s obvious he was calling me dumb. Then he finally told me to put it on neutral and let go of the gas.
Instead of expecting non members of your car wash to know how to move the car in, you should have had me bring my window down to hear your instructions until I needed to close the window to then put the car on neutral. That’s my thought, but me seeing the worker walk away confused me. I’m not coming here again…it’s not right to use your anger to provoke other customers, or make them feel bad because they may mess up other customers wash when I never disrespected you. What I saw was just poor form of instructions, and service from him. But thanks for the wash, maybe this place isn’t for me.
I got the $1 trial month and I decided this place wasn’t for me after going a couple of times… I keep seeing new paint chips after getting a wash. When I went to cancel the owner/worker(no idea) was super rude. Literally said you paid $1 to get 5+ washes, if you’re mad then don’t offer the promotion. Why are you getting mad at the customer??
Update on owners message, I took videos of my car before washing because I thought no way no way it would chip. I got out the wash and wiped down my car and saw new chips and I checked the video and I saw new chips. I hear you about not getting mad at customers, you should make sure that everyone that works there understand that because that one guy didn’t.
