5 months agoI just left here and had the 2nd Tier ($40) cleaning, figured it was better than the a standard cleaning. My car smells like dirty rag and I can see dust all over the dash and doors. You can tell when a car is wiped vs when is not. Save your money and go somewhere else. They did take out my mats and cleaned them but it looks like that’s all they did.a month agoI have been here two times (most recent was Aug 13 2023). I think most of us are experiencing the same issue – the mildew smelling rags! The rags they are using keep leaving debris on all surfaces wiped inside of the cars! This is what seems to be the common complaint. This is NOT the workers problem – I think management needs to replace these rags ASAP and dispose or deep clean these rags when make a BAD SMELL! It might be a good idea to limit how many cars are wiped with one rag.I am not sure I will return because the rags made my car smell really bad. Its just sad because the workers are so nice so I feel bad they are losing customers and tips.
6 months agoThese guys are the best! I come here pretty frequently to get my car washed and this time I came in because someone graffitied my car. Thankfully Juan and his team were so professional and were able to get the graffiti off of my car. They probably saved me $100s of dollars going anywhere else to have the graffiti removed. If your looking for excellent quality and top notch service then to Elston Hand Car Wash and ask for Juan.in the last weekI used to come here a lot, they always done a good job, fast and clean. But today I was disappointed and probably never will come back. Waitted 1.15 hours and my car still wasn’t cleaned. This was the slowest car wash I’ve ever experienced, and manager was rude instead of calming me down. If you are short on workers just tell me in the begining that it might take longer or we are washing slow today… wasted my timea year agoThe best actual HAND car wash I’ve been to in a minute!!! Have already been twice this week with both our work and personal trucks. Professional. Quick (well as quick as can be if you want quality work)! Clean. Good waiting area. Highly recommend and plan on filling up our punch card fast. They’re exceptional. Go check em out!!!

It’s not expensive, and the vaccumes are free.a month agoThey don’t open at 7a i literally just drove by there now to use the facility and the gates was closed nobody was there. So it’s safe go safe they are open at 8a instead of 74 months ago$15 wash was the best wash I had but most of the vacuums didn’t work so I had to park in 2 different locations until I found some that workeda week ago$26 deluxe wash for a month, good was coating.9 months agoDidn’t clean the whole car!! Paid for a deluxe wash and the employee prepping cars didn’t prep my rear windshield. He prepped the car in front of me. The entire back of the car still has salt n dirt on it. I explained what happened to another employee and he gave me attitude asking for the receipt (when the car is clearly wet from the car wash). We weren’t given a receipt or asked if we wanted one when we paid (another employee operated the screen and took our card to pay). I understand if there’s nothing an employee can do but no need for the nasty attitude. I wouldn’t even have a problem if the car wash worked properly but $10 for a half washed car is not worth it.

This is the worst car wash. I paid for the $10 wash, figuring my car was extra dirty. I get it – it’s a cheap, quick car wash, not a detailing service. But sometimes I don’t have time to fully wipe my car down, but you HAVE TO at this place, because your car will still be completely covered in soap when you leave. My car is still filthy, and now it’s also got soap all over it. Complete waste of money. 2 stars instead of 1 simply because of the price and location, and quickness.
We got a car wash at this place earlier today (we frequent this place often) but today was really strange. There was an employee at the pay machine and he asked which wash we wanted. I told him the $15 one and he said there was a “special” going on where if you pay in cash you get the $15 wash for just $10. Since he is an employee, I obliged and gave him the $10. He then punched in a code at the pay machine to let’s us through. When it was our turn though, we clearly saw the “$4 light carwash” sign light up and that was the wash we got. And since we’re regulars, we totally noticed that we didn’t get the wax, tire rinse, etc.. that usually comes with the $15 wash. I really hope it was an honest mistake. I’d like to think that this place is trustworthy after years of coming here but I feel like today’s experience is worth noting so that both the establishment and costumers are aware of any suspicious activities happening.
Cheaper than the $5 car washes so that much I’m thankful for.
I think this is one of the best drive thru car washes in the city. In and out fast and car always looks fabulous! I love that they have so many free vacuums so there’s no wait to use one.
Fast and easy. I had an old sticker on my driver’s side window. The attendant took time to scrape it off. Was very surprised and happy!
