a week agoI love Costco, but the last couple of trips have me a bit ‘surprised’, shall we say? I got there right at closing time once. And I was told the store was closed- understandable. I had a question for the desk, and the person at the door was incredibly rude. At the next trip, I was disappointed to see they did not have disposable spoons in the store. They had 3 piece cutlery but not just spoons. When I couldn’t find any, I asked someone who worked there, and they said they don’t have any. Hmmm… confused 😕!a week agoOne of my favorite places to walk around. Small size holds down variety. Know the company strategy is not to mark aisles but some days you don’t want to walk a thousand steps to find sale items scattered in strange places.5 months agoNow that spring is here, supposedly, the contents of the store have changed tremendously. Yes, the usual steady items are there but the seasonal items are in place and great. I’ll have to make a special trip back just to check out all the really great items I only had time to get a glimpse of this time. Gas prices are continuing to be very competitive and always a line, fortunately that moves better than it looks from a distance. Usual great prices as expected. Recommend.3 months agoMy experience at this Costco store was absolutely terrible. The lady at the return area caused unnecessary drama over me using my spouse’s login, which was completely unacceptable. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she made it worse by calling for backup. This is not how I expect to be treated as a paying customer.To make matters worse, another staff member approached us while we were looking at water bottles and falsely accused us of taking merchandise out of boxes, which was not our doing. The items were already out of the boxes when we reached the aisle. It was a humiliating experience that made us feel like criminals.
I pay to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, not to deal with incompetence and a lack of understanding. Costco needs to invest in better training for their employees to avoid these embarrassing situations. As a loyal paying customer, I deserve better treatment.
This visit was a huge disappointment, and I’ve decided that I will never come back to this Costco store. It’s time for Costco to address these problems and stop acting like they have a monopoly.
a month agoFavorite place to shop. Great quality products, great pricing on most items. I wait for there clothes and what not to drop in price and usually end up scoring big on the kids clothes. Friendly staff. Poverty this location!

in the last weekI went in with my 9 year old niece while my 75 year old parents and 6 year old nephew were waiting in the car in the hot August Georgia sun outside. I had my sister’s membership card and they let me in without any questions, I was only getting flowers to put on my sister’s grave and that Costco location was unfortunately the closest to the cemetery. I stood in the long line for self check out and waited so long, and finally as it was my turn the worker asked to see the membership card then told me that the member herself had to be present. She was very rude, I tried to lower my voice and explain to her the situation without my niece hearing who is already emotional about her mother’s passing. The employee then escalated by asking for the manager to come. At that point I asked my niece to step outside the store so she wouldn’t suffer any more of that stress. The manager “Sonya” was somehow more rude than the other employee and didn’t seem to care or even listen and just wanted me out pf the store. As if the $13.99 and $9.99 flowers were such a bargain that won’t be found anywhere else without a member’s card. As I was leaving another employee working at a random cash register for minimum wage loudly called me “a Clown” I honestly wish him the best and hope he faces the same situation I was in today.They probably didn’t break any rules or regulations, but the lack of empathy in this place was astonishing to me, I’m sure Costco is not the place to look for empathy but I’m sure nothing would’ve happened if they just took my money and gave me the flowers. Or even asked me to pay another yearly membership politely. I’m sure they don’t care that I will not step foot in another Costco as long as I live. I’m only sharing this because that manager “Sonya”, mocked me when I said I will be sharing my experience in a review, I’m aware neither her or Costco will be affected by a review but my experience, and self respect still matters regardless.
For a place that champions itself on shopping Wholesale for your family they really don’t care about family or their members.
5 months agoCostco is the perfect place to go if you’re looking to restock your home with the best deals and an amazing selection of snacks and food items. I’ve been shopping there since I was a little girl and I always look forward to my visits. The new management has made it a bit more difficult to buy food items, but otherwise I love going there and restocking my pantry. Plus, the samples are a great bonus! I do agree the lady name Sonya from my recent experience, I needed price adjustment, she helped me, yet with very rude attitude, I don’t know what happened to her. When I greets her “how are you” she did not even response or talk to me! When I tapped my card to screen, she was rude and gave me a look “what are you doing”? I explained, “the screen shows me to tap the card”, she then said, “next customer”! I was literally shocked in place for seconds. Is she a better person to be a CUSTOMER SERVICE to represent COSTCO?! Don’t get me wrong, I love this location and been here for 10 yrs. But this people just don’t deserve to be here to be one of the Costco team!!!!

Exceptional customer service whenever a purchase needs to be returned or replaced. Similar customer service in the Optical department, the Tire Center and the pharmacy. Plus countless other positive reasons to become a Costco member. Including Costco’s $4.99 rotisserie chickens – larger and more flavorful than similarly cooked chickens at all their competitors
Switched phone service to t-mobile and had a great experience at their booth here. Robert H was an amazing help and made everything super easy! Definitely recommend.
Store: Great central location. Lots of parking. Store and bathrooms clean. Samples are good. Return policy is great. Nice and cool, when it’s super hot outside.
Avoid right before a major holiday. Gets jam packed.
Gas: 80% of time there is a long line of 15-20min wait. Early morning or late evening is best for little or no lines.
I really enjoy shopping here. I bought my daughter a membership for her birthday. About a week ago, and we have been twice already. They have quality products, and always new items. Also, the hot dog for 1.50 with soda is a awesome deal on your way out.
We live in Idaho so we come here to shop when we’re visiting family for our wine and hard liquor. Costco’s in Idaho do not carry liquor. We also gas up here and grateful that they’re not a long line.
