They have everything you need from life to death for reasonable prices. Bassinet, baby formula, diapers and caskets (sold online), you can find it at Costco. The customer service reps are always willing to help and very friendly. Stop by the food court for some pizza and $1.50 hotdog, can’t go wrong.

It continues to be a pleasant shopping experience. Also the gas prices are very competitive, and if you use yer Costco credit card, it’s an additional 4% off, which really adds to the savings. Usually my best time to get gas, is before they close.

Busy as usual, but check out was fine, and they had what we needed. I had a slice of pepperoni pizza that was very good, but they can do better with the dough bubbles. Everyone was friendly.

My most recent shopping experience was negative. I bought bagged salad and cauliflower which both were moldy when opened that evening which I might add are expensive items that you don’t want to put back in a broken bag to take back to the store for a refund. Especially after the bad experience with the check out line. Don’t use self check out unless you only have 1-2 items. I couldn’t scan items and get them accepted. The staff would not cancel my order so I could go to regular line. I then go to leave after it took a long time to check my items out and I had missed an item checking out. It took 3 people to figure out what was missing at the door to exit so everybody stared as they left, 30 minutes and finally I was able to leave after handing back the item missed which was caused by the self check out not working properly. I didn’t care at that point and just wanted to escape the store. The ridiculous thing is that 5 different staff told me that self check out didn’t work right and to not use it. Why have something in your store that doesn’t work?? I would contact the company but it is so difficult to find a phone number for corporate and I do not want to “chat”.

What can you say about Costco that isn’t positive? Yes over crowded on weekends cause that is when most peeps are off so no surprise or negative there. Great discounts to help us save money every trip.

My whole family loves shopping at Costco. We buy everything from dog food (premium quality, of course) to televisions there. I recently bought new tires. You have to wait about an hour each time, but they balance and rotate tires for free when bought there. They sell quality products and are great at refunding money if you are unhappy with your product for any reason.

The store’s inventory and prices are good. However, I felt like a heifer going through the shoot at the”food” lot. Scott was not personable or friendly at all. Rather, I felt I was an inconvenience at his register as he and his helper, who was there to run me through even more quickly, made haste. I began to wonder if I was on a conveyor belt. And then, as always, I was check to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything as I went out the door.

An sample the free food samples they give out. Kind of fun some times.

Costco in Fort Smith AR: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

Shopping at Costco can be a great way to save money on bulk items, but it’s important to follow certain rules to make the most out of your experience. Here are some dos and don’ts to keep in mind when shopping at Costco:

  • Do: Bring your membership card: In order to shop at Costco, you need a valid membership card. Make sure to always bring it with you to avoid any inconvenience at the entrance.
  • Do: Make a list: Costco can be overwhelming with its vast selection of products. Before heading to the store, make a list of what you need to avoid impulse purchases and save time.
  • Do: Take advantage of the samples: Costco is known for offering samples of various products throughout the store. Feel free to try them out and discover new items!
  • Do: Bring reusable bags: Costco does not provide free bags, so bringing your own reusable bags will not only save you money but also help reduce plastic waste.
  • Do: Compare prices: While Costco often offers competitive prices, it’s still worth comparing prices with other stores or online retailers to make sure you’re getting the best deal.
  • Don’t: Go without a plan: With its large product sizes, Costco is not the best place for spontaneous shopping. Going without a plan can lead to overspending or buying items you don’t really need.
  • Don’t: Forget to check expiration dates: Since Costco sells in bulk, it’s important to check expiration dates before purchasing perishable items like meat or dairy products. Buying more than you can consume before it goes bad will end up being wasteful and costly.
  • Don’t: Get carried away by the free samples: While it’s great to try new products, it’s easy to get carried away and fill up on samples, leaving you less hungry or less interested in purchasing the items you actually need.
  • Don’t: Assume everything is a good deal: While Costco generally offers competitive prices, not everything is a bargain. Some items may be cheaper elsewhere, especially when taking into account sales or discounts at other stores.
  • Don’t: Neglect the return policy: Costco has a generous return policy that allows customers to return most items with no time limit. However, it’s important to keep your receipt and be aware of any specific return requirements for certain products.

  1. It’s costco, what’s not to like? The store is clean. Employees are helpful and friendly. The ready-made meals are my go-to and the bakery. The best around. Try a sample or two. Go get everything you need in bulk size, including those bulk socks, because you know them kids be losing their socks. Don’t forget your hot dog and drink on the way out. It’s a truly delicious treat.

  2. I really enjoyed the shopping experience here, mostly for groceries. Dairy and meat products are always of good quality and tend to be good values, and this place is a staple for coffee. I also enjoy the samples, and sometimes busting the chops of the outside reps who try to push their wares a tad aggressively. I like the fact that there’s almost always some sort of surprise that you don’t expect.

  3. We were visiting the area and made a quick visit to this Costco soon before closing, which was great, as it was emptying out. I was impressed by the large selection of artisan cheese and made a new acquisition, while my husband was happy to find cases of local beer for a good price. The self checkout was super fast thanks to a helpful employee who scanned the beer.

  4. I am a Costco fan. If you have the space for huge portions, you gotta go here. I’ve bought everything from brisket to golf balls. Great gas prices too.

  5. I’m at Costco at least once a week and everyone who works there is awesome! We walk around every isle just to get out and walk around out of the heat and always enjoy ourselves. It’s clean and organized and we can always find what we need. Make sure you say high to Dave at the door! If you’ve ever thought service was going in a hand basket he will restore a little of your faith in humanity. His positive attitude is contagious
