We were visiting the area and made a quick visit to this Costco soon before closing, which was great, as it was emptying out. I was impressed by the large selection of artisan cheese and made a new acquisition, while my husband was happy to find cases of local beer for a good price. The self checkout was super fast thanks to a helpful employee who scanned the beer.

I really enjoyed the shopping experience here, mostly for groceries. Dairy and meat products are always of good quality and tend to be good values, and this place is a staple for coffee. I also enjoy the samples, and sometimes busting the chops of the outside reps who try to push their wares a tad aggressively. I like the fact that there’s almost always some sort of surprise that you don’t expect.

I am a Costco fan. If you have the space for huge portions, you gotta go here. I’ve bought everything from brisket to golf balls. Great gas prices too.

I’m at Costco at least once a week and everyone who works there is awesome! We walk around every isle just to get out and walk around out of the heat and always enjoy ourselves. It’s clean and organized and we can always find what we need. Make sure you say high to Dave at the door! If you’ve ever thought service was going in a hand basket he will restore a little of your faith in humanity. His positive attitude is contagious

It’s costco, what’s not to like? The store is clean. Employees are helpful and friendly. The ready-made meals are my go-to and the bakery. The best around. Try a sample or two. Go get everything you need in bulk size, including those bulk socks, because you know them kids be losing their socks. Don’t forget your hot dog and drink on the way out. It’s a truly delicious treat.

This store was “remodeled” last year and it’s the most disorganized mess I’ve ever seen. The most popular aisles are cramped and difficult to maneuver even when there’s no traffic, if you go to the store during a busy time it takes forever to navigate because you can only fit 1 or 2 carts in an aisle at a time. I don’t know who chose the layout for the beauty department but they should be fired. There’s one way in and one way out out fhe beauty department – which has personal care items (shaving supplies) that don’t belong next to the makeup and hair dye.

The layout of the store and where things are set up makes no sense at all. It was significantly better when the drugstore items were the very first thing you saw when you walked into the store.

They put the seasonal items and school supplies in the front of the store right next to the door so when you walk in you’re dealing with stop and go traffic consisting of people looking at all that stuff and people trying to get to the pharmacy area. The pharmacy should have remained at the front of the store so those people who are only going to the store for scripts or some other self care item can get in and get out. There are entirely too many seasonal item aisles as well. They should cut back on the seasonal items and widen the pharmacy aisles so people can actually get through them without causing traffic jams.

I could go on about the awful “remodel” but I’ll stop and move on to the next problem, the aisles at this store are regularly empty. Half the time I go here I have to leave and go to the one across town because the shelves are never fully stocked here.

Another thing, they added a ton of new self checkouts and half of them are always either broken or they’re down for some other reason so the lines are still ridiculously long.

You can hardly navigate the larger food aisles because you have to deal with the large carts pulling items for online orders. Staff members just leave them in the way so customers can’t get to what they need. There’s always random carts sitting around blocking items or aisles with no staff around. They staff picking the items and operating the large carts are rude AF half the time.

On top of all this the store is usually unclean and out of the 5 local Walmarts I’ve been to in the past 6 months this is the only Walmart with this stupid of a layout and the only Walmart that still uses ancient carts with broken wheels that barely work.

I don’t understand how this store is so poorly managed and disorganized when the one across town is so well put together and managed. Get it together.

I will never place another online order or step foot in the store again. Waited an entire hour for our online order. Could not get through to anyone on the phone, went inside and was told by a manager that he’d make sure to get our order out next. Proceeded to watch multiple orders continue to be delivered that we’re not mine. The manager told me “it is what it is… We don’t have any people.”

I certainly sympathize with the labor shortage… but do not take online orders if you do not have people to deliver them to the cars. The order was fulfilled in plenty of time, but I should not have to wait an hour to be treated rudely, and still walk away without my order. I wasted 30 minutes of my life placing the online order. An hour waiting at Walmart and another hour. Doing my shopping at a different store later. Had the nerve to call me two hours after I left to tell me my order was ready.

We were in Missouri for a wedding and needed some things to take back to Texas. They had Chiefs and Royal shirts. This was the best one I’ve ever been to. So many people offering assistance. Also it was really clean

The ladies at customer service were very rude and acted annoyed that they had to do there job, and somehow that was my fault. One of the ladies that is 8 times out of 10 working costumer service always has an attitude and acts so put out and rude for having to do her job. The older lady that ended up helping me in the money center was VERY helpful, professional and just a nice lady!

  1. The parking lot even with the new roundabout could get messy if you come here on the wrong time. I only give extra stars just for the wine and whiskey section. I think it has the most selections of the Costcos in the area.

  2. My go to Costco. Friendly people work here. The people answering the phones are always friendly too. Gas lines are typically short to 9 minute wait. Registers and checkout is usually quick with two on a register.
There’s a main road into the main parking lot. Don’t park in those lanes. I never understood why people do it because it will be very hard to leave.

A newly built roundabout at the entrance keeps traffic flowing nicely. There’s a few ways to go around the gas station too.

  3. I absolutely love my neighborhood Costco. I often say it’s my “Happy Place” 😌 It’s obviously busier on the weekends then during the week. The stuff is great. You always run into at least a few super helpful employees. I’ll add to this later, I can’t say enough about how much I love Costco in general, as well as Coleman location specifically.

  4. Good big store. Remember, that you need to buy a membership first (you can do this inside)! The best place for regular shopping. Groceries, electronics, wine, clothes, pharmacy, furniture (not a lot), toys, household items, auto items (not a lot) and may be I missed something…

  5. The employees were making passive aggressive comments when I wanted to return something. I have been a Costco member for decades. I hardly ever return anything. One of the reasons I shop here frequently is because of the customer service. With the rudeness observed at this location, I’m now hesitant to buy anything. I wonder if they would have said the same thing to a customer who didn’t look like me.
