    Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but UPS customer center on Massman Dr has that and more! Chris at this UPS store went way above and beyond not only to make sure my items were packaged safely, but to also show that she cared and wanted all involved to have a pleasant experience! It was as if I were family, never one moment of inconvenience shown or felt. I had to say something, Chris thank you so much for being so kind and personable, you made my day!

    As usual when visiting other cities my wife and I often get gifts for the grandkids. I end up shipping out the packages through UPS which has become my go to place. Usually I walk in, give my phone number and everything is at the fingertips of staff, regardless of city. Here they have none of such info (seems a bigger shipping center). Thinking I would find the closest retail shop I asked for directions and staff said, Why? When I explained the lay of the land he came over to the computers and input info as I called it up from my contact list on my phone. Each package had a printed sheet and I proceeded to the front counter (more helpful staff) where a quick scan, confirmation of shipment address and payment got me out in no time. Different type shop but again very helpful. I know most retail is individually owned but guess this might be corporate. If so, C-suite take note and reward your great staff. Special shout out to Chris who just came out as I am writing this to give me my hotel card key that I left behind. She even called me first (as my message showed me the VM she left). Fantastic service and extra care. Keep up the great work.

    Brought in like five packages from an Amazon try before you buy and they made it easier than I was expecting to figure out which product got which code. All in all it only took a couple minutes and it was such a relief. Everyone was friendly and I’ll gladly go back to this location in the future!

    The folks were polite and informative, and I didn’t wait long to get taken care of, but there was no real resolution, which speaks more to the attempted and failed delivery (2nd one in a week!) of my package. The driver’s notes stated that I ‘refused delivery’ (not accurate!), then claimed the package was ‘undeliverable’. It was returned to the sender, and I had to arrange for re-delivery!

    I went twice for an amazon package that for some strange reason was never put in my mailbox and a man treated me with a bad attitude both times, he even didn’t want to give me my package

  1. They failed to load my item in the truck and their local customer service associate provided me horrible customer service. She showed very little sympathy and gave me the “We have 7-10 days…” excuse, when they stated that my shipment was out for delivery, then stated on their system that I requested it to be rescheduled. It wasn’t until I called that they changed the verbiage and admitted they failed to load it. I explained I needed it no later than 3:30 the next day and once again received…”we have 7-10 days to deliver.”

    Thank you to each and everyone of UPS workers to the loaders,unloaders, sorters, drivers and desk workers alone with the big bosses who will come out behind that desk to make sure everything is moving and grooving around the world

  3. I have lost my package after was arrived at this facility on June 21st 2:20am, was physically scanned
    my package were shipped from Germany, cologne, there’s no answer from ups office or either customer service phone number that nobody answered. I’ve opened Claim seven days ago and no update yet!
    One of worst customer service.

  4. I wish I could give them no stars. They steal packages there very often and no one is doing anything about it. These delivery services are out of bad. Rude and offer no help after stealing from you. Straight to the point. If your tracking gets stuff at this facility. Your package has most likely been stolen

  5. It took 3 days for my package to travel 1968 miles. Now my package is 182 miles from the depot stuck in Nashville, TN and has been there for 39 hours. It is only a 3 hour trip and UPS just can’t pull it off with this equipment. First day in Nashville UPS were unable to dispatch the trailer on time. Second day in Nashville UPS claims a significant weather event impacting the UPS network and impacting the movement of packages. UPS won’t say what the significant weather event is. I was told to wait till after 5 pm to update. Then 7pm. Then midnight. Now 3pm. Either nobody knows what is really going on or people are just blowing smoke. Now I’m beginning to wonder if it is lost or worst. I still don’t know what weather event. If it is the heat just say so. I’m not unsympathetic, however it is the south in August. What do you expect. Perhaps if it is the heat nobody wants to admit it since they just got a raise.
