I actually enjoy going the ship my packages because the energy in there is so wonderful!2 months agoFast, friendly, easy to work with. Thank you, Mr. Chopra, you really made my whole day!7 months agoI’m a travel nurse who uses UPS shipping to ship my luggage and belongings. I stayed in Oakland 7 months so I had quite the load! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling owner and staff! Even brought the cart out and helped me unload. I made several trips and each time they were smiling and so friendly! Made me feel like family! They packaged all of it and it was a lot! However, I had never received such friendly, efficient, timely ( I mean quick. Never had to wait) service ! Ever!! Because of the service I received here at this UPS, I recommend them to all my friends going to Oakland or living in Oakland! THE BEST SERVICE AND UPS STORE !! I took my sister to get a document notarized this afternoon. Evelyn, who took care of notarizing, was warm and friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We have gone to this store in the past as well snd have always had friendly and courteous service. A nice way to get things taken care of. We. will return when necessary in the future. Thank you!
Evelyn at the UPS store on Redwood Road in Oakland was outstanding! I went to her to have a document notarized. While my experience with UPS Stores in general is always a good one I feel compelled to write this review about this particular one. From the get go, easy to locate, great location in Lincoln Square on Redding Road and instead of closing at 6pm they’re open until 6:30pm. They offer all services that UPS Stores are known for (you can look up the extensive list) on this particular day I was dropping off an already pp package 📦. Clean store, professional and courteous young lady assisted me, instead of automatically printing a receipt she asked if I would like one, this particular time I did because I was dropping a package off for a friend . I don’t always need one and I like the option that she asked. Again it’s location next to a grocery store, easy to locate, hours open, services offered and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE make this a highly recommended UPS Store and one that I will definitely be utilizing whenever I’m in this side of town.
Evelyn is such a gem. Totally bright, funny, and helpful. Moved the line with ease, assisted with providing quick and easy shipping options and generously packed my package while I was in a hurry yesterday. What a beautiful human!
