A BLACK GUY JUST SPRAYED A WATER WITH A CHEMICALS ON ME AND INSIDE THE CAR BECAUSE I ASK HIM FOR AN Air freshener, he said you better say what you want first, I told him you have an attitude and rude then he sprayed me in the eye!!! Last week when I asked for the cleaning supply caddy , there were no rags like there usually are in the caddy. I understand this is an express business model , but some interior detailing options would be a benefit if provided. I came here for the first time and the brushes tore off my rear windshield wiper at the joint. Not a fan. Manager said it’s policy/at your own risk and they don’t cover things that break wipers. But you can have some free washes for 3 months. Delta sonic I’d never had an issue.3 weeks agoI came here to wash my 2013 Kia Sorento before selling it and mid wash I heard a snapping noise. This car wash tore my roof rack right off. I asked the manager how we could help fix this issue since now MY customer is going to be unhappy and I’ll have to sell my car for less. He said there’s nothing they can do other than offer me a free car wash. Don’t come here.

Fast, effective, and busy. Whenever I get my car cleaned here I know it will look tip top sparkly clean! Although the lines are long, the wait is usually very short, only about 5 minutes. Employees are located at the pay machines and at the entrance to the wash to guide you. Overall a great value!
I’ve been coming here since 2017 when I first moved into the area and I’ll continue to go here, I mean I’m so pleased with this location that I haven’t tried a single other carwash since 2017. Their wash(even the cheapest one) usually gets our car completely clean if there’re still spots or two it’s because my car was abnormally dirty which is a me problem and not a them problem. They have an area for taking any bugs or hard to wash debris off your vehicle before going into the carwash machine. What keeps me coming back though is the vacuum cleaner strength!!! Their vacuums are strong not the used to be strong in the beginning but will barely suck up any debris now strength but full lift up your interior carpet while you vacuum over it strong. That lets me get more vacuuming done in less time which is important when you have crumb droppers in your back seat and need to vacuum often. Even when there’s a long line I wait to get in here, this Jet Brite is my favorite and I’m particular about where I wash our cars.
Great carwash and very cheap. Brushes dont scratch the paint, and the employees there are nice and helpful. Overall, it looks very maintained, and they want to have this place stand out. Memberships are a big plus, especially when they are on sale. A 40 dollar membership for 5 bucks!!!
This morning, I accidentally vacuumed my buttons off of my center console. I never knew that they were loose. I explained the situation to Luis, the morning manager. He was super helpful and helped retrieve them. A+ customer service.
Great car wash, but the minimal $3 price point is gone. All prices went up and the cheapest one is now $5.
