a month agoOur company has used this truck wash for years and today was our last straw. First one in line and we did it get in the building for an hour and a half. At the 60 minute mark we went in to ask how much longer and the short Hispanic guy in a cocky attitude said at least another 20 minutes.It’s painful to see one of the last truck stops and washes going to the dumps faster and faster each year.
This was takes a long time to get done every time we send trucks here and the quality of work is worse every time. If you complain to the owner he makes promises he never keeps. The prices are high and if you want to sit and watch the workers smoke cigarettes and eat pizza (every time) it’s a good place to go.
Blue beacon throws 4 people on a truck and does quality work in 20 minutes. Once again after quitting this place we went back to only be disappointed. Even after another company owner laughed and said you’ll be red in the face and disappointed! Jim you were right…never again!
2 months agoI understand it a soap and rinse but it’s looked better after a rain terrible joba month agoTrailer wash is nice , but seems like every time I go in the boys don’t wanna work maybe one.. other then that it’s more of a half job for the 25.00 soap and rinse .4 months agoDude took over an hour washing out a trailer in front of me and didn’t get charged extra. I come in with some loose leaves and mulch and get told we are gonna set a timer and we charge a 3% fee for purchase with a card plus every minute is another $4So instead of a $40 dollar washout, it was over $77
I’ll find another place next time, least the blue beacon moves trucks along, dude was on his phone bullshittin whole time with the trailer in front of me. Everyone was on CB asking if he was rinsing out concrete lmao

4 months agoVery good kwik trip. The staff are always nice and the store is always clean. They have a pretty decent selection of things to choose from as well. Kwik trip is always my go to and just like all other kwik trips this one does not disappoint. I would recommend stopping.11 months agoThis assistant manager needs a raise. KWIK trips are wonderful to begin with. She was so pleasant smiling and professional for my little purchase milk and donuts. I’ve been to many stores/restaurants lately so many have terrible service, not friendly and almost to point of exhausting trying to get basic service. I’m a professional server, I am empathetic and not demanding and I believe I am there to serve my customers. It is the job! She was fabulous-thank you. I love Kwik Trip, but will not be stopping at this one again!3 years agoI love all Kwik Trips. They treat you like your one of their friends. It is easy to use the ATM for free. Also you can get any amount back when paying. Seriously, you could get $1. Great variety of food. Great drinks.2 years agoThis is one of the biggest and best Kwik Trips I have been to in a while. Super clean and had a great car wash that I was way overdue to get. I definitely left feeling like that was time well spent.

Today, I had a vehicle delivered to me from California covered in red clay and dirt. Too embarrassing/dirty to even park at my business. Ran it through the PDQ elite exterior wash. What an incredible job! Night and day difference in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

I got my vehicle cleaned today and they never vacuumed my trunk which was popped open when I went inside. They didn’t wiped down the inside in the back. I have always gotten my car washed here and this was the first time this happened. I did call and they offered a solution.
I have been so disappointed with the Oneida Street (Ashwaubenon, WI) location in the past that I wrote your entire company off, but I ended up needing a quick and complete cleaning last month, so I decided to give you one more chance. I purchased some sort of deal where I received $15 off of a 2-wash package. I was extremely unhappy with the condition of my car when I left, and when I immediately drove back around and talked to the manager, she said corporate would not allow her to refund me, but she could wash it herself since her team did a horrible job. I told her I thought it was ridiculous that a manager would even have to think of such a thing, and I wanted a refund. She said it was absolutely impossible and my only choice was to accept a free wash voucher. Are you kidding me? Why would I want a free “wash” when no washing is actually happening? I told her I had no interest in returning and she said I may want to try the Shawano Ave, Green Bay location because I might walk away happier. WHAT?! So… your location is such a failure that you have to have management wash away the team’s mistakes and ultimately send customers to another location? Here are the “after” pics.
When you go to the 3 lanes you have to wait and you never know when you go and after who . Quite a challenge. Then they soap your car and after that comes with all the bugs you had before . So after I call the manager they told me go on the line again and give it a try . So this is how they work . Not in costumer convenient but in the car wash convenient. So after I told them that this is not working and I don’t have time for that . They offer – nothing . Not care at all . So I told them that I will leave and they told me that they don’t really care and they have plenty of costumers . After I ask for refund for this useless service – they told me that I used the car wash 3 times in a month !!! Even I have unlimited they can’t give me my money back because I exceeded my use of the car wash . So if you like to use them you need a lot of patience and buy unlimited and you need to go 2-3 times every time . This is their salution. I ask for refund for this useless service and they told me that 27 dollars is fine to lose a costumer and they don’t give money back. So if you like to be treated like a 27 dollars that is the place to go. Other location made my car dirtier every time I use them. So they are great until therebiana problem and someone tell them the true. Then they told you that there is other places. Yes they are and I will use them. I can’t go and race every time and go for 2-3 times until clean. This must be worry free and easy survive. We don’t have time for that so you can get your salary. Enjoy your 27 dollars I believe costumers cost more then that. I have been with them for long time but after they show me who they truly are. Good buy forever. Keep the money and hope spend it wisely!!!
