6 months agoThey tried to send my car through with a popped tire. Ended up ruining the tire and the rim. Very poor customer service from management,In response to your reply , there was no one insisting that a tow truck was called in fact it wasn’t even mentioned. Also Jason was very helpful and offered to pump up my tire. And as you said I did pop my tire at the island. The set back of your payment machine was significantly farther back than auburn car wash where I went immediately after my tire was repaired. You had an opportunity to satisfy a customer. And chose not to do so. I did not ask for you to cover the full expense of tire repair. I realize that there was culpability on both sides. You decided that you had no responsibility and then I mentioned contacting my lawyer which I did. Since small claims court would have cost close to the price of the tire I chose not to pursue legal action. However you have shown me the type of business person you are and I will continue to express my dissatisfaction to anyone.
a year agoI love this place especially the new one on North Street and Grand Ave but the Grand Ave one a couple of the vacuum cleaners don’t work that good that’s my only complaint but I’m glad the new ones open go back to my old North Street, well I had to wash my car again today this time I did it up on Grand Ave nice came out sweet . Great unlimited packages, great drying, great service great vacuuming, great All!! I bought a pack of washes for the summer so I can keep my friend’s truck looking good. The controls and interface are clean and easy to use.

a month agoI washed my truck daily to keep the road crud off. Can’t beat the price! Staff are friendly and attentive…5 months agoI love the free vacuum service. I have never had a problem with getting a parking spot to vacuum my car. The maintenance people who work there do a great job on making sure everything is operational and the garbage cans are not stuffed full.4 months agoLove this place. Great reasonable prices. My car and tires come out super clean. Employees are very nice.2 months agoVehicle was cleaner than when I started, but left behind a lot of debris and dirt, debris that wasn’t there to begin with. Not worth what they charged.8 months agoOnly 1 stars because I have been there 2 times in the last month and had to waist 5 mins each time waiting on the wheel cleaner to finally run threw the hose. So have waisted approximately $20 dollars just waiting for the product not so happy about it. I spend about $25 each time since I have a big truck. So to waist a bunch of time is uncalled for and shouldn’t happen in my opinion. I can see half a minute wait but 5 come on thats seriously b.s. so I will no longer be using this place myself. And this is the self wash over on north street with the issue

Spent $20 on a car wash and it didn’t clean the driver’s side of my truck. Passenger side and rest of the vehicle was fine but the entire mid door height was missed.
Did a great job! Had a month of dead bugs, etc and the basic wash took it all off. Saved me from scrubbing all that gunk off. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the monthly car wash program. I went with the ultimate wash package, that included the works, wax, nana shield, etc and made my car look clean and kept it clean. Even after a rain storm my van looked like i just washed it. Highly recommend this business. The staff was also very friendly.
